I scheduled an appointment at the First Valley Medical Group 44725 Tenth St W office in Lancaster, I tried to contact the office several times. I was put on hold but nobody ever answered. When I arrived I was told that the PA I had the appointment with no longer worked there. When I asked the receptionist why I was never told that my physician did not work there anymore she replied "I am the only one here". I wasted an hour of driving for nothing. I have had the misfortune to be connected with Dr Denley in Quartz Hill of this medical group. His staff is without a doubt the least efficient and caring I have ever witnessed. EVERY TIME I need a refill and call my pharmacy to contact the doctor it is summarily IGNORED until I CALL THEM AND INSIST THEY HANDLE IT! I have complained to the doctor without any change! ! Also known as FIRST VALLEY FAMILY CLINIC OMG! My 2nd visit to see Dr. Denley. Both times, no one in waiting room, but me, in the middle of the afternoon. I NOW KNOW WHY!!! About a 10 min delay to be called back. Usual weight, BP, put in exam room, 1 of 8 exam rooms, clean, medium light, larger than most rooms at a doctor's office. After a few minutes the nurse came back in and moved me to #5 for EKG. Walking back, all doors, except for #7, were open and empty. Nurse walked me back to #1, said dr would be in in a few minutes. After a while a Gentleman in #7 left and Dr Denley walked into his office next to room I'm in. Both doors are wide open and about 5-6 ft apart. I'm thinking Dr will make his case notes and then be in to see me. WRONG! Ask me what the Dr's plans for the July 4th holiday! 3 different calls and 45 minutes of his plan making, laughing, joking, saying he 'can't wait til this day was over' while I sat there waiting. After I had sat in the exam over 1 hour 48 minutes, the office was almost deserted, only 1 nurse busy typing, the Dr on the phone making plans, and I walked out! Not quietly, I dropped my keys to make noise. No one noticed! Got in my car and headed home. I had been gone almost 10 minutes, before they noticed I was gone and called me! Do I want to reschedule? Are you joking? Do I want to see someone else in their group? You've really got to be joking! If you want to spend patients time, at least have the common courtesy to close your door and pretend you are working! No wonder all the rooms are EMPTY! Everyone got tired of waiting and walked out! To make matters worse, I just got a call from Isabel from this place, asking if I kept my appointment? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? My brother and I go to see Dr. Barry Buffman we love him. He sits and talks and,listens to you. He's very caring he's fun he jokes around. He's very easy to talk to. He's very professional !!!! and gets everything handled immediately and fights for his patience. what I like about him also is that he takes a more natural path first which we love doesn't load you up on all these harmful pills. He really works hard getting you everything that you need. he really cares he checks in on us. He's not one of those doctors that has a time clock of three minutes to be in the room with you. This office is very unprofessional. I was sent here by my insurance company and told many times they would do a referral for me. It was not done and they would lie to insurance saying that referral was submitted. The staff is ignorant and uncaring. I had an appointment and called to get my Tele appointment in 15 minutes but lady told me that she was just going to call me.I had been transferred to a medical office in town. I'm a former patient with Dr. David Doriguzzi. I was extremely happy with him as was very professional.but the office staff is very unprofessional and Not at all organized as a doctor and staff have to work on same level. I had several serious issues one it took two months to get into Wound Care because I have burnt the bottom of my feet second was running low on my diabetes medication in excellent Walgreens would send the request to the doctors office for approval of the refills. The office staff never would do it. I would almost be out of my medication and I would have to take matters into my own hands and contact the doctors office to get the staff to do the job and the final blow was I was 20 minutes late to the doctors office because of the elevators, constantly breaking down and the doctors office is the second story so I have to walk up the stairs which is very bad when your born on bone and have osteoarthritis in your knee only to find out if the doctor refuses to see me because I'm late when he nobody in his office to see him I was the only patient I have since switched my medical insurance and I switch my doctor and I have now filed a grievance and I have also reported the doctor to the State medical board is unacceptable. The doctor refuses to see you when you are in severe pain and he has nothing but time but if he cant give you two minutes of his time and he is not worth having is your doctor nor should he be practicing and also he will make you wait an hour and 40 minutes when you are on time on your appointment it is totally unacceptable.. I've attached photo on my severely burned foot, and I almost lost because of the negligence of the office staff when they screwed up my medical insurance and it took too much to straighten it out. In the meantime, I had an open wound on my foot, which I could've received infection impossible most of my foot because of the negligence of this office staff I highly suggest stay away from this medical office.!!! read more

The office management is the worst. Been fighting to get a lab result for a month. They won't tell you and disregard request for medical records despite this being a clear violation of HIPPA. Feel like you need an attorney and a patient advocate just to get office staff to do their job. I sent a written request and am now just letting them fail. Can't wait for that fine money. read more

I had to switch Drs recently due to a Dr leaving the practice. I was set up with Dr. Julia Granese. From the first visit she has been abrasive and rude. I had a concern about my weight and expressed that I work out and count macros, yet I'm still gaining weight. I know I have a hormonal issue and diabetes but she told me that I needed to just keep my mouth shut. Another visit not long after I was in a car accident and unfortunately I have a fear of hospitals so I went to see her in the office instead of going to the er. When I went I was in tears and honestly just needed to slow the increasing pain down: she told me she wasn't going to send in anything other than naproxen due to me taking adhd medicine. This is after she made me feel less than and like crap about having to take the medicine to begin with. she made the comment to me, "your crying isn't going to change my mind" and if I didn't like that I could go to the er. knowing my fear and anxiety of hospitals. She has been condescending, demeaning, rude, and belittling at every visit I have had with her in the last 6 months. read more

Although Dr. Denley at the Quartz Hill office of First Valley Medical Group is nice, I found the general practice to be uncaring and generally unprofessional. Many mistakes made. Ok, so Dr Sivalingham is quite nice and caring but not very good at following up with blood test results. Dr David Doriguzzi is a horrible human and should not be in the medical field what so ever. Bedside manners to him went out the door when he walks in the office, he has no empathy, sympathy and just plain does not give a crap abut patients yet people. David Doriguzzi is very unprofessional, I have reported him for endocrinology malpractice. He asked me for my credentials and I had shared with him I was studying internal medicine while working at his office. I noticed he wouldn't want to book appointments in exchange for non relentless reasons. He had his assistant cover for him and you can just see how unprofessional they are. I will re-evaluate this rating as soon as the phone lines are fixed. I have absolutely no complaints about Dr. Ali. It is the phone service that bothers me. When you dial his Rosamond office 661-256-8200, no one answers and the phones just rings and rings. When you dial the California City office 760-373-1256, just rings and rings. Why these call are not forwarded to someone who will answer is beyond me. Dr. Ali is a great doctor, but when you can't make an appointment, it is just not nice. When you call the 661-942-9072 number Jennifer answers and redirects the call to Dr. Ali's office. From there here lately, the phone is answered, but have run into trouble when an appointment is made and you show up for it, the staff doesn't know. Please fix this problem read more

If in a tela appointment they send confirmation text about it so the automated portion works however they don't call you even though they already confirmed through text that they would. They never pick up the phone ever, I been calling two weeks for lab results with no return. when I went in for my consult the front desk receptionist took forever to check me in literally about 25 minutes because she kept leaving the office to take personal calls on her cell phone and there is another girl sitting next to her who I was I'm assuming the medical assistant cuz she took me back who was just sitting there and should have helped her to check in patients if she noticed that. it really sucks when it's such a great doctor but has terrible stuff because it makes patients want to go to a different facility and the doctor loses patience and money when he deserves it that people like this working for you is not okay at all. read more

Worst decision choosing this Doctors clinic. Dr K. Sivalingam off of 10th street West cross street Lancaster Blvd. The Drs and Nurses don't follow up like they say they will. My mom struggles getting help from this clinic. If you care about your loved ones don't come here! Both Doctors, Carlos Guerrero and K. Sivalingam (the Boss) said they would look into a nutritionist months ago and then end up telling my mom that she has to be the one to find the nutritionist through her insurance. I would think that this clinic that has been established for some time now would have this knowledge prior to misleading my mother. How long does it take a Doctor to send in a Prescription? Just called Walmart pharmacy, they told me that the Doctor hasn't sent in the RX. Ok so the doctor must not know that my mother needs the medication? The referring physician can't even inform my mother on what the tests consist of that he himself suggested she gets done at Renaissance Imaging Center. These nurses and Doctors simply don't work for us. We need someone that cares and follows up on concerns. I went in today for my appointment with dr David. Due to my health issues. When I first was calling in they was giving me a far out appointment even though I stated it was important that I needed to see dr David. After repeatedly calling and my health wasn't lightening up they tell me to come in today. Which wasn't crowded at all so don't understand why they was giving me the run around with coming in sooner. However after seeing dr David I suppose to get some medicine sent to my pharmacy and was not sent I called the dr office they told me they didn't know why for some reason it wasn't sent by dr and they will resend well they didn't send. So if I need my medicine ASAP I'm screwed having to go to er. I feel this office needs to be on top of things with people health. I'm very disappointed with this office. This isn't the first time this office has done this.I'm so over this dr office.i feel they play with people health and it's not a game.
