I've been trying to get medication refill scripts sent over to CVS, CVS has messaged me manny times because they are not getting communication from the medical office. I have Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) Type 2 and extensive allergies to food. He prescribed Cinryze infusions every four days and I feel good as new. When I suggested that I could simply leave, especially since I was informed the office was not functioning as a true urgent care, I was told I would still be charged. What concerned me most was that I disclosed a history of alcoholism and previous delirium tremens, and the doctor told me I should "just have a beer." I found that comment inappropriate given the seriousness of alcohol withdrawal. I left feeling that my concerns had not been properly evaluated and that I did not receive the level of care I expected. I would recommend that prospective patients carefully consider whether this clinic is the right fit for their medical needs.
