Accommodating, fast, fresh. Making a reservation/getting in line anywhere for a Sunday morning party of FOURTEEN is going to be a challenge, but Mark at the host stand was amazing to work with. I had unintentionally placed a spot in line at a different first watch location, but Mark took the initiative to fix MY mistake. He called the neighboring location and cancelled my reservation, and turned our now 30 minute wait in to a 5 minute wait by drying off the patio and seating us outside. He was kind, easy to work with, and a great problem solver. We were able to be seated, order, eat, and pay within 1 hour, which is crazy for such a large party! I was impressed with all of the staff, including our servers that worked hard and was patient with our questions. The whole family left our experience very impressed and satisfied with the service and quality of food. Sitting outside allowed us a quieter environment and made it easier to socialize with each other. read more

I ordered breakfast for my girlfriend and I. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we looked for our pickup order. It was not there. After 15 minutes of the staff asking around, they finally declared that someone else must have picked up our order on accident. So, we waited for the food to be remade. No discount offered. No apology. We then received the remade food and check out these lovely pictures. My "Farmhouse Hash" was $15 and nothing more then some potatoes and eggs. 100% unacceptable. I prescribe the Parma skillet in the event that you need appetizing and the lemon ricotta hotcakes in the event that you need something sweet.
