I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but since I enjoy eating out, this Loveland location is a great option. I haven't been there in years but our local place was closed and we needed to meet at a breakfast spot for a team meeting. There were nine of us! We were seated promptly only to be told a server and a cook didn't show up that morning. They were calling for backup. Kudos to the staff! If our waitress hadn't told us, we would never have known. Went to the First Watch in Loveland. Wasn't too busy in the morning before 10 am. A lot of parking. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food came out delicious and at a reasonable time. There is a mask and distance in-forced in the restaurant. This place has always been delicious rather in Longmont or Loveland. Natural jellies is what I love and the different toast! Pancakes are shareable they are huge ! I also love that they leave the coffee pot at your table. It's breakfast but it's way different than Egg & I. Think lots of healthy options plus the traditional eggs, country potatoes, bacon and toast route. There are drinks with kale in them, quinoa bowls, gluten free toast at no extra charge - as well as avocado toast which is delicious. The pancakes are huge and the kids love them. Traditional breakfast plate was good, and the drip coffee was better than I expected being more of an espresso-based coffee drinker. When they're not slammed the kitchen is fast. Service has been friendly and efficient. Decor is rustic, down to earth and clean. Definitely a family friendly place to boot and worth checking out. read more

I really wanted to like this place but after three different visits, I've come to the conclusion it's not my kind of breakfast. The scrambled eggs are similar to eating eggy "oatmeal". I questioned whether they were done and lost my appetite for eating them. The potatoes were not crispy and some were a little undercooked. The biscuit and turkey gravy is good. Wait staff left a lot to be desired. Waited about 7-10 minutes for the first cup of coffee, then waited about 7-10 minutes to place our order. Just underwhelming overall. I wish it was still the Egg and I. My family went there almost every Sunday for breakfast. Now that they have changed it, I dont like the coffee - that is important for a breakfast place. We couldnt tweek things on the menu to make them what we wanted. The scrambled eggs have green onions sprinkled on them, which ruined them for me and my son- that really should be an option, not just done, and they were runny. The food took longer than usual, there were only 3 other tables. And it cost $15 more than it ever has for the 3 of us. Wont be back. read more

I'll Start with the positive. The food was exceptionally delicious and much better than expected. Especially after this restaurant, which I thought was a original owner owned, had become a First Watch. Great menu options with a modern menu. Comparable to Snooze or other similar chains. Our server was friendly and listen to our menu changes and accommodated. No issues there The food came quickly after ordering but tasted Freshly made. Pricing is in line for the higher quality food options. The online menu is super interactive and you can look up nutrition values and make changes according to what you do and don't want....and this is my favorite thing about this restaurant. Now this was a Saturday late morning and I understand that there would be a long wait and that's not my issue. It is part of going to breakfast on the weekend. I started seeing so many people that came in after us get seated before us and I couldn't help but think that we were being passed over on purpose. I don't like to accuse people of things if it was just a innocent mistake. Great ambiance and food! It's a very relaxing place to eat and the staff are very friendly and constantly checking to see if you need anything. The portion sizes seem small compared to a lot of other places but I felt full when I left and I'm not a light eater either. The ingredients seem very high quality and I was pleased to see that they had chicken sausage as an option, since I don't eat pork. The manger cade was beyond rude to our group of 6 and told us to LEAVE. I haven't been treated so rudely ever. I will never again support a first watch if they have 16 year olds as mangers, we made reservations on the app and still waited 1hr 30min and when we asked if we could split into groups of 3 he told us we could LEAVE. As I asked why did we make a reservation he then screamed at me again and told me to leave, then continue to go to kitchen and talk poorly about us. As a whole we felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave, he was in the back of the restaurant smoking who knows what. I will definitely be contacting corporate on Monday!! The manager Kade was so rude to people in front of us that we left. The guy was just asking if it was best to split his party to get seated after being there over a hour. And the young guy said you can leave multiple times, he said he was the manager. I will never go back to this location. Price: About 9-12 bucks for main entrees, which is reasonable given the quality and flavor. Also, the kids' menu has an impressive amount of options for $5.99 with a drink. We are new to Loveland and have now come here a few times. First time I had the Bacado Omelet and the hubby had the breakfast sandwich and it was really, really good! The second time we shared the French Toast and Carnitas Breakfast Burrito and again, very good! The burrito isn't the "normal, if you will, smothered in sauce" type of breakfast burrito. We've been to FirstWatch restaurants numerous times both before & after the COVID-19 outbreak , Loveland as well as Longmont locations. Never a problem with food or pricing , but doesn't appear the social distancing measures are being implemented properly. At the Loveland location yesterday , we were seated, enjoying our meal . A young couple with their children sat next to us. Before long , the young lady started coughing . .. to her sleeve , granted . But then again. And again . And again. No mask .
