Sunday morning and we were quickly seated. Our waitress, Kenzie C was prompt with water and coffee. I ordered an omelet, the best I've had in a very long time! The wife ordered the VIB. The French toast was great and the bacon was served perfectly. Our daughter joined us late. It wasn't a problem and still we received prompt service. The wife and daughter commented about the great decor of the place. Now for the important stuff. The place was really clean! The staff.... everyone was so friendly and nice. Our waitress Kenzie C was top shelf. So friendly and helpful with an overwhelmingly delicious menu. She was very personable and attentive. To me, Village Inn is a breakfast place. On our last visit, my wife's "Ultimate Bacon And Cheese Omelette" should actually have been called a "Boatload Of Cheese With A Tiny Bit Of Bacon Omelette". My experience was better; I had a "Country Music Star Omelette", which was super filling. They did botch the hash browns - burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside. At least the English muffin was quite good. Based on this visit, I'd be at 3 stars, but we've visited many times and most of those experiences have been better. Solid 4 stars overall. read more

The food is pretty typical of a Village Inn. This restaurant seems to be clean. The problem is that the service is terrible. Sandy seems to have a problem getting orders correct and the new manager, a young guy, should not be a manager. This place has been going down hill since Brittany left. I wish ownership would step in and get rid of some people and replace them with qualified people. I for one will not be going back. This is a small town and word is getting out. I love Village Inn. I've been dining at Village Inns my entire life. When we realized we had a Village Inn not too far from where we lived, I knew we would be coming here often! The staff is always friendly and smiling. The food is usually hot and delicious, and on the rare occasion something isn't right they are very quick to get it corrected. The space is usually fairly clean and the bathrooms are okay. I love that there is something for everyone's dietary needs too. I am vegetarian so it's nice to have more than a salad to choose from! I highly recommend this Village Inn. Just go early on Sundays to beat the crowd! read more

If I could give them any less than one star I would. My mother likes to go there for breakfast on days off. Come on, it's really the only time we get to spend together appear. And when we go out to eat, we like to have our food hot and on time, but it usually takes 10 minutes after. We've been set to be seen, then it takes another 10 or 15 minutes to get our order and then to receive. It is probably another 30 minutes after that. Comma the food usually cold and overcooked or underdone by the time we receive it. Britney is totally disrespectful. She came to the table and asked my mother. What the problem was, completely ignoring me not even looking at me. I have never felt so disrespected and invisible in my entire life. Customer service from the manager toward food delivery driver is horrible. I walked in the manager told me to wait a minute and other customers after me was sat down and service. (I understand I am not their customer) What I am saying is that this particular manager would greet, speak, and ask how are they doing. But when I got there twice ( two different time) she didn't even say good morning. Maybe I am being petty. But I like to be greeted to even though I am not a customer. The only place i ever been to that I feel disrespected. Called the owner, he stated I am not their customer. They are short staff and have to deal with customers that are dining in first and my customers are the one I have to drive food too. His manager is awesome. This restaurant advertises the best pies so I was excited to try it. Had already eaten dinner but stopped in for the first time to purchase a pie for take out. Young lady at Front was very nice and serviced me quickly. I ordered the peach lattice pie. When I arrived home the pie slice was in a very small plastic side dish container. When I opened the box boy was I extremely disappointed. Firstly for a $4 slice of pie it was the smallest, scrawniest & thinnest slice ever. Secondly 90% of the crust was gone (see picture) not just from the top but also from the bottom. The peach slices were firm and filling tasted like canned syrup?? I truly think the slice was probably dropped accidentally and just served as is. Extremely poor first impression! I will NEVER EVER order take out from here again. Undecided if a sit down experience might be different or worth attempting again. Please train staff to have better quality control and pride of what they're serving. Our family has always been a HUGE fan of Village Inn. We have even made the pies part of our celebrations etc. I will NO LONGER spend my money here. It is incredibly FRUSTRATING that there is absolutely NO online ordering for the regular menu or the pies. I've tried calling but was placed on hold and forgotten! I called back and the phone call "dropped." Convenient, right?!?!?!? SERIOUSLY - enable and require franchise owners to have online ordering. Until then my breakfast orders will be taken by a restaurant who values modern technology and customers time. read more

Maybe we all know Village Inn or restaurants like them. This is a corporate type menu with no variation. However the village inn on Eisenhower in Loveland Colorado has such exceptional service that it makes it unique. I think the food actually taste better there because of the friendly service. We usually come here for the Classy Cobb Salad and have never been disappointed with its delicious consistency. But for free pie night, for breakfast, for anything you order, this is the location you will want to go to. The manager is adorable and always on the go helping staff when she needs to. And creating such a good atmosphere. The wait staff is also exceptional. Fast friendly and attentive. My recommendation is...when you're in town and you're looking for a breakfast spot, a lunch spot, a dinner spot, or even just pie....Don't miss this awesome location. read more

This place sucks bad. Nothing looks even close to the what is pictured on the menu. The wait staff had a quick I am going to walk away moment and no longer answer about food and cooking methods. The manager said/lies that everyone loves the food and there are never problems with quality. If you like dry and hard like a board chicken fried steak or country potatoes that are brought to the restaurants frozen and dried out more while cooking have at it. This place just isn't what it used to be. Raw nasty onions in a skillet breakfast, I was gagging, and finally just pushed everything away because I felt like I was going to throw up. I used to love this place, now it is just nasty and people working there, sort of snide. When I told waitress I was repulsed by the onions, she said "I can have another one made." Just something off, I said "No I don't want them to spit in my food." This woman watched me gagging on the food and spitting out pieces of vile nasty onions. Manager was worthless. read more

We were at the Loveland Village Inn. We both ordered from the early menu, available before 6:00 p.m. It includes a free piece of pie. The ticket came charging for both pieces of pie and we were told it would be deducted at the cash register. It was not deducted. When I pointed that out, they refigured it and deducted only one piece of pie. Larimer county has a mask mandate and only one of the entire staff was wearing a mask properly. All but that one had their mask below their nose and about half of them had it below their mouth as well most of the time. Even the manager was wandering around with his mask falling off his nose. If you want a decent meal - don't go there. If you think following a mask mandate can help keep yourself and others safe - definitely don't go. read more

The girl who sat us was very kind and welcoming, and our waiter check up on us very frequently and got our order out in a timely manner. We came in on a Wednesday, so we also got free pie! Our waiter explained it very kindly, and helped us to understand every bit of the menu. However, I don't know if I encountered a manager, or just someone working dress different, but whoever helped us pay was not very conversational, and a bit rude in my opinion. Loved our visit! I was prepared for something like a visit to Waffle House, but this was definitely a step or two better than that. It was a great, super clean, non-greasy diner-ish experience. Our server was awesome- Super fast and courteous. The food was a lot tastier than I thought it would be- I'm always wary of places that serve a little bit of everything. I got the half sandwich (Grown Up Grilled Cheese), cup of soup (Tomato Basil), and slice of pie (Cherry) combo. The grilled cheese was pretty good- I really enjoyed the bread it was served on. The soup was amazing. Most of the time tomato soup either tastes like tomato juice or marinara sauce, but this soup had a really nice texture and a rich flavor to it that definitely made it soup. The cherry pie was nice and tart with a great crust. Overall, great experience- We can only hope the location closest to us is as good as this one is. read more

So I know this village in from when I was a kid I'm 44 years of age now one of the reasons that I liked this particular religion is because they cook their food very well I love their fish and chips and I love their breakfasts but I got to say it's been a while since I've been there I just ordered for my dad biscuits and gravy and I picked it up I didn't look at it I'm just thinking okay it's just regular biscuits and gravy cool I get into his place he opens it up and I had to do a double take I was just like what the hell did they do so it's more like a hibiscus and gravy sandwich if you will two sausage patties one in each biscuit with gravy that looks translucent so the sausage is not even included in the gravy the sausage is sandwiched in between the biscuit and then gravy covered the biscuit I have never seen biscuits and gravy like this this was like a bad dream I don't understand the thought behind it if I wanted biscuits with gravy and sausage patties on the side that's cool but this is just something I have never seen also the gravy looked like maybe it was made with a slurry I didn't have the body like when a gravy is made with a roux it didn't look good at all I wanted to get my dad something to eat cuz he was really hungry and I just thought you know that would be nice to get him something to eat for village inn cuz they've always had good food and then while he's eating it and he's making this face and I'm like what's wrong and he tells me way too salty and I'm just kind of disappointed cuz I'm just like I mean I was kind of in a hurry and time was an issue and I did want to get him something to eat and for me to pick village in out of all the restaurants in Loveland I picked village inn so it was disappointing so it would be nice you know if you guys did like your biscuits and gravy traditionally with the ground up sausage in the gravy kind of like you know sausage gravy just a thought read more

So I get a disclaimer saying restaurants are doing their best during covid. I completely disagree. If they were doing their best the food would not have tasted as if you were licking a salt block. The food was so salty I couldn't eat it. The water and coffee were good but not worth $14. I've attempted getting in here with my wife multiple times on a weekend and it has always been a 35-45 minute wait.
