Driving home from church, I called First Watch wanting to place an order for pick up. I was rudely told orders are only taken on line. I explained I didn't have access to do that, and that I wanted to place an order. The snotty girl again told me in a more rude manner that I couldn't. We wanted to place an order for 6 meals. Not a small order. We used to go there every other week after church. We won't come back again. This policy is ridiculous, as is the fact that you employ such rude, uninterested, uncaring children answering your phones. read more

I love first watch! Great food! I enjoy almost everything on the menu. I can't think of anything I dislike. Healthier or seemingly healthier take on breakfast and lunch. Honestly, inlets, frittatas all good. The turkey sandwich is my favorite. It is delish. Turkey is real turkey not pressed. The staff is typically pretty on top of it and nice. It gets crowded so use the No Wait app. If you have never eaten here try it. If you have then you will like this location. All good! read more

Not just good for breakfast but has highly professional and friendly staff! Highly recommending. Read further for details: I was around the area and came in to have a quick breakfast. I was by myself so I called my mom at 12:02 and started chatting with her. Meanwhile, I have ordered my breakfast- nothing fancy: coffee, two eggs sunny up, sliced tomatoes, toast, and million dollar bacon (delicious!!!!). My waitress was super helpful and friendly. So, while talking to mom I lost a track of time and....12:39 I still didn't have my breakfast. Actually, people that came after me got their food. I went to the front and told about it bc at 1 I needed to leave and I was still hungry. Honestly, I was angry by that time... My food came almost immediately and the waitress apologized for the inconvenience. Also, she told me that breakfast was on them. I was thankful and happy about resolved situation, bc I really like First Watch. You think it's the end? No. After several minutes, a real manager David came and again apologized. On top of that I got a gift card for another breakfast! I felt slightly uncomfortable from all the attention bc I didn't expect to get a free meal. But in the same time, I was thankful for David and all his team to make me feel special and valuable customer! The service and professional level were excellent!! Love this place! The food is fantastic! Fresh and natural ingredients give it a taste like none other. They're also happy to make up just about anything you can think up. Staff is always super friendly. The atmosphere is open and fresh. There can sometimes be a decent wait here on weekend mornings, so I recommend getting their app and using it to avoid long lines. Excellent. It makes you feel good to eat healthy and First Watch does a great job of it. I have had yheor salads which are excellent with delicious dressings. I had breakfast for the first time today. I had lemon ricotta pancakes. So good i didn't need syrup. The sausage links were very good. They need more restaurants like this around. I wish they would have dinner too. As they are only breakfast and lunch. My only issue is that they do not use real maple syrup, you have an option of paying for a small bottle of it, but I only found that out because I asked if the syrup was real maple syrup. But in the end I had no need for syrup. Multigrain pancakes were great. Can't wait to go back. read more

This is my favorite brunch spot! Good prices, and great food with many quality breakfast and lunch items. I have never had a bad meal here. The seasonal menus are always very interesting and yummy! The interior of every First Watch I've been to is very well decorated and makes the dining experience that much better. Food is amazing & great service!!! I came here on a saturday morning so it was very busy and we had to wait a little for a table. The wait was not bad and the servers were super nice! Although the entire restaurant was packed, there was always food coming out and our server checked on us as much as possible. I got avocado toast on gluten free toast with two eggs, and the yogurt bowl with granola and fruit that came with a muffin of my choice! i come here regularly on weekday mornings, weekend afternoons, etc, and i always have a wonderful experience! the staff is very nice, and even on busy mornings, i'm usually seated fairly quickly. they always have a positive attitude when serving which is great for the vibes of the restaurant. i always try to experiment and order different things. i HIGHLY recommend their avocado toast, lemon pancakes, sunrise granola bowl, and açaí bowl. my favorite dish of all time, however, was a seasonal dish they had available in the spring. i believe the full name was the matcha green tea pancakes, but they were TO DIE FOR. i've never had such a wonderful breakfast dish! i was so sad to see that they were gone at the end of their season. We went to First Watch when we visited our kids in Arizona. We were hooked! We now go to the First Watch in Macedonia, Ohio. The people who work there are so friendly and kind. The food is off the chart good and healthy for you. My two favorites are the avocado toast and the chia pudding made with coconut milk. It has fresh bananas and berries, mixed with compote, and homemade granola with almonds. I never in a million years would of thought this was good but when my sister came into town she insisted I try hers and I was hooked. The restaurant is always clean and full of smiles. Our grandson LOVES the million dollar bacon. He always has to have that when we visit them. He is 5 and he knows its grandpa and grandmas favorite place to go! read more

I had always been curious about First Watch but in the same breath, I never looked into it. When it was brought up as a brunch option I was happy to go. Located in an easy and accessible location I found the service and offerings to be quite pleasing. They have a one page menu front and back with bowls, griddle, omelets, sandwiches and traditional brunch items along with a few specialty seasonal choices. I love breakfast and brunch so this was all very welcome! I went with a seasonal skillet hash with chicken, kale and pesto which came with fresh fruit and toast. I added avocado just because. It was amazing! I loved all the flavors and thought the portion was just right. Th eggs were cooked over easy and not over done at all. I am looking forward to trying more menu items as it was a difficult decision on what to select. That is a good problem to have in my opinion! read more

Came here on a work trip in Solon, Ohio and it was the go to spot for the few days I was in town. Coffee is fresh and plentiful and they have a ton of options for breakfast food. I went with the yogurt and granola bowl both days. Each day it was complimented with a yummy blueberry muffin and fresh fruit. Delicious! The service was wonderful as well. Although it was Labor Day, there were empty tables that people were not being sat at which left the wait to be probably over an hour we weren't given a specific time so we were just left standing there waiting as more people pile in waiting for a table though no one was sat groups of people walked out but no one went in, it was the biggest mind puzzle I've experienced. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because I know their food can be good and the patrons outside were nice and talked to me about my dog. First visit today at First Watch Macedonia. I was impressed considering it's a chain restaurant. The service was great. Ordered 'The Traditional'. The food was really good. Four strips of bacon - cooked perfectly. Didn't like the breakfast potatoes - too much onion. Would prefer plain hash browns. But there are substitutes. Eggs were not really over easy though. More like over medium and medium hard (each one was different). Sourdough toast was well buttered. Coffee pot left on table. Overall a good breakfast. The only downside is the price. A bit higher than your typical breakfast restaurant. $9.99 for breakfast. You can get the same meal at other places for $5.99. Would certainly recommend this location if you don't mind paying a little more. read more

I'm a breakfast snob. I just have to put that out there first. I like my eggs poached med. I am very particular about my eggs. Not runny, not hard...medium. My eggs at this restaurant were PERFECTLY cooked. Amazing. The Belgian waffle was really, really good. Had just the right amount of crispiness and was nice and buttery. The coffee was rich and bold and delicious. The atmosphere is rustic and super cute. The service was excellent. My only complaints are: it was a little too warm in the restaurant. Also, I was really surprised that the cheesy grits didn't have a lot of cheese flavor to them. If they hadn't been cheese colored with a layer of cheese on top, I wouldn't have known they were not just regular grits. That said, the grits were perfectly cooked and quite good, just not very cheesy. These complaints will not, however, keep me from returning. I absolutely loved this place and it may very well be my new favorite breakfast spot. read more

I thought the food was very good! I had heard they are known for their breakfast foods and healthier alternatives, so I went for the Chickichanga. It had eggs, chicken, chorizo, chilies, cheese, onions and avocado and came with a side of fruit and potatoes. Overall, I found it very flavorful and satisfying, and I would definitely like to come back, although it was a bit pricey for breakfast food at nearly $12. The service was severely lacking. It took forever for my table to even be acknowledged and to get our orders in, and the server barely came around to check on us. I don't recall it being horribly busy where this should have happened. I would like to come back for the food, but I'll probably try another location to see if the service is any better. read more
