This was our first time visiting this First Watch location since we just moved to the area, but we've been to several First Watch establishments because we love their breakfast that much. We're always raving about the specials menu that they change seasonally - it keeps things fresh and we really enjoy that. We had a large group for breakfast, and it was great they were able to accommodate us with no wait. Our waitress was great getting everyone's order and keeping the coffee and water refilled. We were able to converse easily. The bathrooms were also nice. It's in a shopping plaza, so no issues finding parking. I had to go for a seasonable special - the strawberry guava cheesecake French toast. It was like dessert for breakfast. It was custard-dipped challah bread with strawberries, guava cream, cookie crumbles, and whipped cheesecake. Unique and tasty! Yes, it was quite indulgent, but it was flavors were incredible together. There were also healthy options on the menu, if that kind of thing is your bag. We stopped here on Mother's Day morning for something a little more special than our usual breakfast places. The parking is adequate and clean. The restaurant is quite charming with nice decor. The staff were welcoming, our waitress superb. My wife's pancakes were excellent, but my eggs were too 'rare' and runny. Will we return soon ? no. The half full restaurant noise level was disturbing and the music annoying. We complained, she came back saying her manager is required by 'corporate' to have the music louder than the overall noise level. So much for a peaceful breakfast. Adios. read more

We really wanted to love this place. We have been hearing from locals since we moved here to try First watch, "it's a MUST". We don't get the hype. The wait wasnt terrible about 30 min and because it was raining it was a bit chaotic inside. The host was awesome always happy to greet new people and didn't let the chaos get to him. The service was extremely slow. Yes we know they were busy but when other tables order after you but get served before you only to have all your food barely warm, some parts cold leaves us to wonder what went wrong. I was not a fan of the hollandaise sauce, it had some strange fake lemon flavor that overpowered it and the ciabatta bread wasn't even toasted. The best part of the brunch was the seasonal special that had a Korean spin that we now plan to incorporate into our own hash at home. I definitely would not recommend this as a "place to go" for brunch but that's just us. We had great expectations and were sadly let down. read more

I really was looking forward to having First Watch--it's definitely been a few years--and my first at this particular location. I remember liking them in the past, but after today's experience, I might choose a different breakfast spot. We ordered online for pickup. There were so many good-sounding items to choose from, I had a hard time deciding. I opted for the chickichanga since it sounded flavorful and something different than you find on other breakfast menus. My husband ordered the pumpkin pancake breakfast. We also got a side of the million dollar bacon. When it arrived, it looked great...except the fruit "bowl" had two blueberries and three small pieces of pineapple. The potatoes were extremely salty, and that's all you could taste. They were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, so it was really disappointing. The main entree was good. Nothing special enough for me to order again. The bacon was okay. It was spicy and maple syrupy :) But all in all, it wasn't good enough for me to choose again when we have other breakfast options in the area. read more

4.5 stars ! Great food and great service! We visited on the 15th of this month. The ambience and decor is open but cozy- I loved all the natural light coming in too. Very uplifting in my opinion :) We came in around 1pm and although they were closing in an hour we did not feel rushed or pressured whatsoever, which I really appreciated. Our sever was very patient with us as well with all our questions and indecisiveness. The food was VERY tasty and I could taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I took off a few points bc my side salad seemed to be tossed on my plate with no real dressing - like an afterthought. Also my friend had a couple issue with her food. Brand new, recently opened in Trinity, Florida. First watch always provides a good product. I took my mom to lunch to look at the new stores and to have lunch after I'd returned from vacation. She'd never been to a first watch so it was perfect. We started our meal with the Million Dollar Bacon, which is my absolute favorite, perfectly crispy, with just a bit of chew. I can't go there and not get it. For lunch we both decided to have the cup of soup and 1/2 the ham and guyere cheese sammie. We both had left overs, but the food was delicious. The soup (Vegetable) was hearty and so tasty, and the sandwich was very satisfying. The service was wonderful too, but confusing. Our waiter changed 3 or 4 times. read more

The service is usually good here, and the waitresses are pretty nice. The food is hit or miss, more miss than hit most of the time. The portions have continually gotten smaller and smaller. However, the price has not. The eggs are the smallest I have seriously ever seen, so I typically order 2 extra... $5.00 I personally have given up on the potatoes because they are always old looking, burnt, and greasy. I knew this chain from where I worked in Jacksonville, and was happy to see it in my area. My neighbor and I stopped for a lunch during a shopping day and were extremely happy with our food - smoked Alaskan salmon served on toasted everything bagel with cream cheese piled high with arugula, cucumber, tomato and pickled red onion. We also ordered a specialty drink that was sooo refreshing - a watermelon pineapple drink with a splash of lime and sprig of mint.
