Niko's New York Diner feels like you're actually dining at a New York diner, but with a Florida twist. I was excited to try this place out, not only because there was finally a diner in my area. It was that this diner is open 24/7. I went to the diner at 1:00pm and was greeted by one of the ladies who worked there, they asked if I was dining in and if I was, I can sit at one of the booths or at the counter. I sat at one of the booths. The service was great and also let me know that if I wanted to substitute my side that it would be an up charge, I love that they are honest because some places wouldn't let you know about an up charge. I ordered a blueberry pie milkshake, a chicken parmigiana hero, with a substitute of curly fries. The milkshake was made under 5 minutes and the food took 25 minutes to be made. The blueberry pie milkshake was good, but I wish it had more flavor of the blueberries. As for the chicken parmigiana hero with the substitute of curly fries were great and very filling. It also came with a pickle and a small side of coleslaw, not the best coleslaw I had, but I had worse at other places. I used ketchup for the curly fries, which I noticed every booth has a Heinz ketchup bottle, small rack of jam, and a glass jar of sugar. I don't remember if they had a side of salt and pepper, but the food was seasoned really nice I did not need it. One thing you have to keep in mind is that it is a diner, they are not going to have the best food ever or a fast service like at fast food places. It is a nice place to bring a friend or if you have to get something done. What I do request is that this place NEEDS a napkin dispenser at every booth. Not only it would complete the diner booth vibe, but also if someone orders food that gets messy. My overall experience is a 4.6/5 I rounded up to 5 stars :)

I used to come here before the change of ownership, i liked it them and I like it better now! They are open 24/7, they have an amazingly large menu and a nice, friendly staff. Meals start with a gratis apperizer, mine was a beef empanada (made fresh at 4pm daily) a helping of Cucumber and some house madehot sauce. That empanada is heavenly. I ordered their disco fries, because my friend said they were delectable! She was not wrong. The rich gravy, the thick cut fries and the cheese. So good especially if you've been to Tampa and were clubbing until 3 am. I got pork chops, mashed potatoes and corn, it wasnt pretty, but it was good. Next time, Dessert!

Another great lunch at Nikos NY Diner in Hudson (Rt. 19N). About 10 tables and every one of them full in the middle of the afternoon -- clearly, word's out. Full liquor bar, massive menu, and an old-school ice cream counter that makes you feel like it's still 1978 (in the best way). They even bring a little appetizer platter with every meal -- because apparently, "just ordering lunch" isn't enough here. I had the grilled cheese with bacon and tomato -- a little pricey, but excellent. Supposedly didn't come with fries, yet fries magically appeared. (I didn't argue.) My wife went for the corned beef Reuben and gave it two thumbs up. The lasagna soup of the day, however... let's just say it won't make my top 10 list. Only gripe: the 4% credit card surcharge. I'd rather they just build it into the price. Still, it's a cozy comfort-food spot -- not everyone's cup of tea, and if so, keep scrolling... we enjoy it.

24 hour diners are definitely hard to find these days and I'm glad I found this one. Arrive late morning to eat breakfast on a weekday with my father. We were seated immediately and given a choice between a booth and the counter. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. The two female servers knew most of the customers who walked and that was comforting. I ordered blueberry pancakes, egg scrambled light and sausage links. The eggs were perfect and the sausage links honestly were the best I've ever tried. Unfortunately the pancakes were not the best. The blueberries were fresh and cooked into the pancake. The pancake just lacked sweetness and I am very particular. My father had an omelette and hash browns which he enjoyed. Prices were appropriate for the area. I'd like to return to try some lunch menu items :)

I stopped in to pick up dinner after many weeks of passing by. I'd always saw that the parking lot was full. Nikos lives up to its tag line of being a New York style diner. They're open 24 hours, serving breakfast , lunch and dinner. I was greeted immediately upon entering and lead to a stool at the counter. The menu was quite extensive, wanna say like 6 pages, starting with breakfast. And the menu is very extensive and includes sandwiches, soups, salads and dinner plates as well as the breakfast items. Definitely has something got everyone. They have beer on tap and a wide selection of ice cream. While I waited for my take out order, I ordered a cup of coffee. And admitted it was the best coffee I've had at a restaurant in a while. Next they offered an appetizer of a beef empanadas and pickled cucumbers while I waited. I'd like to say I was special but this is given to all customers at no charge. I watched as orders came out and a couple of times thought about changing mine! There's even a jukebox in the corner. Space inside is limited but there's outdoor seating out like me, you can get it to go.

Never been here before under the name Niko's New York Diner. They just opened it in November 2025. I'm glad they did because it was getting a little late and they're open 24 hours seven days a week breakfast lunch or dinner. I opted for the Reuben sandwich platter. It came with french fries and dill pickle. And a little coleslaw. Before I had a chance to think about anything, they brought out a complementary empanada and sliced cucumbers that were pickled with a dipping sauce. It was delicious. My Reuben was top notch, as was everything else, including the cream of turkey soup that came with it and tasty french fries. The reason I ordered this is because a kind lady that came here before me had exactly the same thing. She was on point with her review and I'm glad that I chose that meal and glad I came here. I will be back probably for breakfast. The waitresses are nice and the owner was nice as well. I highly recommend you stop in and eat here. I wouldn't steer you wrong!! one last thing I forgot to mention, they have pork roll or some people like to call it Taylor ham, so you know that's a great thing and it's something that will draw me back!!!

Finally tried Nikos New York Diner on 19, just south of Hudson venue (where Fred's used to be located on East side of 18) after a neighbor told me how good it was. We went in with not high expectations. We were quickly greeted and seated by a hostess. Our waitress, Jolene quickly came to get our drink orders while we read through the extensive and mouth watering menu. We asked her for recommendations, which she gave after we told her if we wanted breakfast, lunch, or dinner (as you can eat anything at any time from the menu and they are open 24 hrs!). We both ordered the Reuben with fries, coleslaw and a pickle, after she told us everything is fresh and suggested the cream of turkey and rice soup. All of this for under $15! We were then surprised with a tray of complimentary appetizer samples- a 3 bean salad, a cucumber salad, and a bruschetta. The 3 bean salad had a Greek influence with a vinegar base and was fantastic! The cucumber salad had mint and dill and was a culinary delight and definitely a spin I'm going to try! The bruschetta was also very tasty. The turkey and rice soup came and was as good as Jolene had said with big pieces of white turkey meat, veggies and perfect for a rainy, cold day. Then our dinner came out! The Reuben's were fantastic! Piled high and perfectly cooked. I don't do sauerkraut, but my husband said it was fantastic on his and almost sweet. The rye bread was perfect. The fries are seasoned and tasty. The menu is extensive and prices are very reasonable! We will definitely be returning for another great meal!

Combo "side" of Cole slaw. $2.50 for 3 slivers of pickle
    Shaye F.

Sorry excuse to represent a New York diner. This was barely even a sandwich for $14??? Let alone a "side" of coleslaw in a tiny container. This was the Hot pastrami and corned beef combo. We also got extra pickles for $2.50 and received 3 slivers. Wanted to like this place. You tell me

Tom Terrific here with another honest review…read more My friend and I came in for the 50 cent wings and the host who turned out to be our server seated us and gave us menus. The place was not packed but somewhat busy and we sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to us. I noticed a threesome come in and they sat behind us. The server took their order before ours. We then ordered 30 wings with a beer for me and a sweet tea for my friend. You have to order a drink to qualify for the 50 cent wings. Another 20 minutes and they still didn't come. We were there for 40 minutes before our food came. The wings were not fresh out of the fryer though they were very warm. This created a situation where the wings lost their crispness and the skin was a bit rubbery. In addition, my Coors beer was a little flat with no foam top. What I witnessed was they had one server for the whole place for patrons who were at tables while the bartender (who was nice) took care of everyone at the bar. I feel they are limiting their overhead by having just one server so I fault the owner. I'm going to go back and I bet I have better service and a meal because I feel that this was simply an off day for them. Still, for that one visit I have to give 3 stars which is generous considering our experience.

Also got a Pepsi zero, but they gave me a Pepsi and I said it was no big deal but they brought me a zero anyway. And the waitress was very nice and got us everything we needed. Oh yeah, they have a lot of fried food, I tried the fried pickles and they were the best albeit only fried pickles I've ever tasted.

I called them and once again, Daniel told me he would take care of me, like he said the last time they messed up my order. If I ever call again, I think I'm just going to tell them to give me whatever they want because that's what they seem to do anyway. Driving by it looks like nothing, inside is a large seating area, a bar area and then doors to go to the outside where on the weekends at least there's live music. I took a step outside to get a picture of the pizza oven, what a beauty! I did not know it was the owner, but I asked the guy if I could grab a picture of it and in an Italian accent, he said get a picture from over here you can see inside. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast, And she had some large tables. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I asked the waitress while looking at the menu, I saw that they said some homemade pasta. She told me that they make all their pastas, breads, sauces, and pizza dough on site. We will have to come back and try some other meals, but the wood fired pizza was phenomenal. I had seen this place on the socials, and one time working my way back home when the expressway was shut down...I drove by it, and would've never noticed it if I hadn't known the name. The place is definitely doing the business, but you need to go. It is a hidden gem. One of the better pizzas in the drivable area for sure! The owners are from Italy, need I say anymore. Oh, I almost forgot that they have a nice selection of beers on draft. Seriously, reef donkey for five dollars. It only made the pizza that much better! And the sidenote when you get mushrooms on your pizza, you get a mixture of delicious mushrooms, all fresh, even shiitakes. The red peppers are freshly cut, and the onions are sautéed, which just adds another layer of flavor. And definitely when we go back I am getting some meatball sliders, cause we got meatballs on the one pizza and they were so delicious, just a tender flavorful hold together meatball but not dense! Well, done, my friends! You have a new loyal customer.
