Great place to eat at for breakfast or lunch! Food is fresh and there are healthy options.

Was a regular customer here. Got their biscuits and gravy and morning meditation to go probably at least twice a week for about a month now. Last order I had a half portion of gravy. I denied any refund and simply s I'll leave my house and drive back get a little more gravy. Then asked if I could perhaps get two pieces of bacon to make up for the drive. Lady says yes and when I get there says her manager says I have to pay for it even though I am taking time out of my busy schedule to drive back and fix their mistake. I was a good customer and been coming here a long time. Never again with service like that. Hope the two pieces of bacon was worth losing all the takeouts and dine ins I've done. Someone commented and asked me to reach out to them and I did and five days later have not heard back. How unfortunate I really used to just love this place read more

Love this place. Their tonics are refreshing and they really get you going in the morning. The food all local and politically correct but in the right way. Local produce, meats and eggs and not making it a big deal just part of who they are as an establishment. Their toast is hearty. Their seasonal menus also spice things up too. I go two or three times when I am in Phoenix. Generally getting a variety of items off the menu. So far all has been exceptional. A must go! read more

The food is just horrible Our omelette came with a slice of cheese in the center. Nothing chopped. And my husband had ham and it was a full slice folded inside the fold. Who taught them how to make an omelette?!? We've tried it a few times since it changed hands and we will never go back read more

RED ALERT!!! Avoid this place on the weekends or you'll waste an entire morning waiting for a seat only to find out that once you are seated the kitchen is slammed and your food will take a while to get to you. If an establishment knows that they are busy on the weekends you would think they would be more organized with additional staff. Not here, you are better off going to Denny's or IHOP. To think that they are only open for breakfast and lunch. The food was average as is the service. read more

Best place around for breakfast, brunch & lunch. Good food & good servers. The place is often full but there's a rapid turn around time. On busy days there's plenty of parking behind in the mall parking area. My church group will meet there & no hassle getting separate checks for big groups. read more

Very nice spot to grab some hearty breakfast. The service is friendly and really attentive to your needs. T needed some gluten free options and, while not extensive, our server was able to get something for her that looked pretty tasty. I had "The Works" omelette, with the potatoes added. Quite good and I'd definitely have it again. Coffee seemed better than. average for a chain establishment. The decor is really nice and even when crowded the noise level is not overwhelming. We just LOVE this place! Their healthy food options, their organic or gluten free options, everyone can eat here! The servers are mostly all so friendly, some can be annoying but hey they are still nice. The only downside is if you go in the morning for breakfast their is always ATLEAST a 15-25min wait but that's for sure a good sign! read more

We stopped here after landing in Phoenix and hungry for breakfast. The atmosphere was bright, clean and hip with industrial lighting. I ordered avocado toast with two poached eggs. The service was a tiny bit slow, but ended up being worth the wait. My toast was mounded with delicious fresh avocado. My eggs were perfect. My husband ordered a chorizo omelette, which he said was delicious and not too heavy. I shared half my avocado with him because I had so much. The coffee was perfectly strong and hot. We really enjoyed our Tuesday morning breakfast. Charming place and friendly staff. It was unfortunate that the hostess was our server AND the cashier also. She did a great job holding it all together but they could have used more people to run the place. Our pancakes and French toast were delightful. I'm thrilled to have some healthy menu items (even if I didn't choose them today). I was disappointed about the $4.29 up-sell for the bacon that 'sounded' like it was included. I felt like she sort of took advantage of the kids by asking. Overall, I'm glad to have a small business to support. They've made a good start to being an integral part of the community. Very disappointing when you think you find one of the few better restaurants that offer pet friendly patio, which it does mention on the website and apple maps both saying "pet friendly" when i walked in they had said that is true for most other locations just not this one. after understanding that policy because i understand things change i was then left without any service for 15 minutes without asking if i wanted any drinks then a server finally walked by and asked if we have been helped and then she went and grabbed someone. finally to end off our not so great experience they changed the recipe for the chickichaga which used to be our favorite and i wish it would have mentioned the sauce changed. used to be our favorite breakfast joint which is disappointing read more

I went to after 1 p.m by myself alone. There was no one to welcome me. I need to wait at the front. By this time, my impression about this restaurant was not good already. They were cleaning, I smelled strong chemical such as window cleaner. (The restaurant was clean and nice though.) The waitress was OK but never came back to check on me after serving. I was disappointed at the food. The omelet was small and the bread was burned and small. The side salads seemed came straight from Costco's spring vegetables. We visited this place two months ago and had a horrendous experience. The wait was over 40 minutes on a saturday morning. We were sat by the hostess and waited 10 minutes to be greeted by the server. The food we ordered took more than 30 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived, the food was incorrect and the server seemed genuinely uninterested in her job. We had to ask the manager to step in and help with missing items. The only reason I rate this place with 2 stars is because after we had complained about our experience, the manager comped the meal. Line staff needs to be trained more, there needs to be more help on the weekends in the kitchen and also the dining room. read more

Sooo impressed! I was visiting Phoenix, AZ on business and was looking for anything local with fresh options in a pretty rural part of the city. We don't have First Watch in UT (yet?? Please!) so I didn't know anything about them. While they are a chain - I was very pleased with the fresh options available. In fact - I went back the next day! It was tasty, fresh and made with good ingredients. I had a veg omelet and loved the kale juice! I can't remember the salad I tried - but I cleaned my plate! It was fantastic! I have thoroughly and often enjoyed this restaurant for a couple of years but, today was a real disappointment. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros Tostada, a specialty. The eggs were not even barely cooked. Lost my appetite but asked for a simple scrambled egg a-la-cart and it was worse. Waitress told me the cook was new. A cook who can't prepare an egg and a waitress unable to correct a mistake! She charged me full price for the Huevos Rancheros and did not even take the plate off the table. I have visited twice and it was so deliciously amazing both times. The atmosphere is modern, rustic and very clean and spacious. I am giving the restaurant four stars because the noise atmosphere has the popular echo that these newer restaurants seem to crave, so not a great place for those with hearing loss during busy times.
