For the size of it, I thought the price was very, very high. Service was also quite bumpy. The girl who took my order didn't seem too happy to see me but she took my payment and went back to make my drink. We waited a while, and then a different, friendlier girl came to see if we'd been helped, which we said we had. Then we waited....a lot longer. The first girl finally came back after an extended time, made a very halfhearted apology for our wait (after we watched her horsing around with a male employee right behind the window) , and we were finally on our way. The drink was aggressively fine. I didn't taste any caramel and it mostly had a sort of nondescript mocha vibe. It was a touch on the bitter/burnt side too, though not unmanageable. I think I'm more upset about the price vs the size and quality rather than anything intrinsically wrong with the drink; if I could've had the same drink at around ~$5-6 I'd probably bump up to a 3 star rating. As is, though, it was a mid drink for a high price served very, very slowly with a touch of surliness. I wonder if service is quicker on the inside.
