Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. Collin ******** was nothing…read moreshort of an arrogant bully. His employee and "builder" Preston ******** was recommended to us by the plumber that repaired some pipes for us under a ceramic floor. Preston gave us a price and sent a crew out that day to start removing the tile. A third party crew was sent from ***** floors and was completely unknown to Preston. The crew was HORRIBLE. When we saw how bad their work was we called Preston. Preston came and made them remove several boxes of flooring because the work was obviously subpar. Preston told us that the main problem was that the workers did not have the correct equipment to cut the flooring. Preston was gone in a matter of minutes leaving us to deal with a very angry crew. Again we called Preston, he came back and had a talk with them about their attitude. When discussing the problem with us he said "Hey it sucks to suck". He said this with a smile on his face about a crew that he had brought into our home. Believe it or not the situation got worse on several levels very quickly. When the crew finished NO one from Integrity would come out to inspect the work. We paid 70% of the bill and sent pictures and a list of things that needed to be corrected including several damages that the workers had done. Collin sent several emails demanding payment and told us to file a claim with our insurance for the damages that were made by the workers. At that time I was diagnosed with lung cancer so we paid them just to jettison the negativity from our lives. We have had two professional companies come in to give us a bid for the job. They both stated that the original work was done so very poorly that it cannot be repaired, but will have to be redone. Both quotes were at a much lower cost then we were charged originally.
