Its a disgusting mess. The nonexistent management hides as the ship sinks. ​ I have no heater, no hot water & a slab leak along with mold. There is no maint. & they don't care. Big financial problems for the shady owner. Stay far away from any property they own.​

this is by far the worst apartment complex. mind you guys i was very in love with the layout & etc…read more but we didn't look or read any reviews. but when we moved in you'll start to notice allll the flaw in the apartment. i mean i've issues with this complex bc: 1- roaches. no matter how many times i deep clean my house. or throw everything away. there's just more & more coming. 2- the laundry mat is by far the worst. i mean be fr. 3$ for wash & dry just for the washer & dryer not to even work.... i'm literally frustrated with this place. 3- we was told we couldn't work on our car not even work take out the battery to take it to autozone they told us we couldn't take out battery out on the apartment parking lot & they wanted us to toll our car just to take the battery out. While they let other "mexican" women in these apartments run daycares in their apartments. The Also allow cars with outdated tags stay in the parking lots. Full of roaches too!
