After speaking with Danny Pryor, he basically said he knew what he sold me, but he didn't tell me I wasn't protedted. My claim was over $24,000, and even though my deductible was $11,000, Allstate and Danny Pryor said they didn't owe me anything. If you have Allstate with Danny Pryor, run! I don't know if he intentionally misled me to believe I was covered, or if he is just stupid, but you are not "in good hands" with Allstate and Danny Pryor.

As it turns out, this information was entirely inaccurate. After bypasssing the local office and contacting the Farmers corporate 800-number, I spoke with an online agent who confirmed that vehicle ownership status did not preclude us from modifying our policy. By making these long-overdue adjustments, I saved my family $600 per year--a change that was apparently available to us all along. Due to the misinformation provided by this office, our family has incurred a cumulative loss of over $3,000 over the last five years. It is deeply disappointing to receive such blatantly incorrect guidance from a licensed professional, especially when that advice results in significant and unnecessary financial strain. I strongly advise potential clients to double-check any restrictive "policy rules" cited by this agency with the corporate office.
