I brought it back, and they told me the strut I installed was faulty and that I needed a new one. Frustrated, I left to consider my options. I decided to bring my car to Point S, thinking it would be best to have them check the struts and replace them if needed. After their inspection, they informed me that my struts were in good condition and that it was just my alignment that was off--they fixed it right away. It was just my husband, myself and our young baby to do this. When we got to Tri State, it was pouring rain, and the owner allowed us to transfer everything in his tire shop so we were out of the rain. He also brought some help in to help my husband move everything so I could watch our baby. If it wasn't for his generosity, we would have been moving our belongings in the pouring rain for hours.
