Some of the illegal tactics they use include: - sending false 14 day notices - misapplying rent payments to the wrong property - illegally entering units - ignoring reasonable accommodations - attempting to revoke already approved reasonable accommodations - harassment and retaliation - weaponizing neighbors against whistleblowers - issuing late fees for their own mistakes - changing the lease handbook to protect the company and prevent whistleblowers from making further complaints even when those changes contradict the lease and break the law - causing extreme noise and chaos near whistleblowers apartments - blocking rental assistance by refusing to provide necessary documents in a timely manner BEWARE. She did respond if I contacted her first, however, never initiated the contact to check in or update me. When I finally decided to take the listing down, I got a very generic response from her letting me know she would send a document to end the contract and asking where to leave the lockbox key.
