You knew before apps we were interested in prepaying a portion of the lease to offset income. The rest of us have jobs or are in the hiring process. You just didn't like them. You should be reported to Fair Housing for your discrimination towards our family situation. I DO NOT have maxed balances. My daughter does. Upon application he took a while but then rejected us. We were up front about our employment situations, references, credit, and everything required. We asked for info on why and he gave a lecture to our mother about years past history that had absolutely nothing to do with this rental. On top of that he straight up lied saying that multiple people were unemployed (which is false and the employed persons even provided offer letters and pay rates). Now he is trashing our Google reviews with lies about rental references (which he was unable to contact and blames us about), savings (which he says we didn't have even though we clearly provided photo evidence, he just didn't like), and lies about our credit (which was made PERFECTLY clear from the beginning in both text and in person). He is also asking his relatives to put in false reviews to boost the ratings of his business! That is ridiculous and low for a business that claims excellence to do. I am saddened to see the current state of property management. Take your money and go elsewhere. Probably won't find any other decent property management companies in Billings anyways.
