The staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dr Hobson is my gp and he is also the gp for my wife and children. He is super helpful, knowledgeable and lays out the options if you want so you can make a more knowledgeable decision.

She got frustrated and began acting very aggressive, for which I told her I thought she was very rude and would like to focus on the call. She wanted to focus on arguing and being abrasive. The problem is that with all hospitals the push is on to get rid of patients in a timely manner. One has to realized these people are sick and often need special care. On several occasions my husband has been told he is going home. That is impossible because he is wheelchair bound and needs medical attention daily. My home is so small that he would live in the living room with all his medical equipment exposed to everyone and the elements. There is no room for me except for the bedroom. So he would be eating sleeping and pooping in the kitchen because they are all combined. Talk about health, safety and contamination. In addition we have been offered assistance with his health care needs; but the cost is too much and we cannot afford the service. I am not a nurse/caregiver and have no qualifications to do the service that is required and not able physically myself. The health care system is failing Canadians. They all knew the baby-boomers were going to need help and yet nothing is available for us. We need the government to address these issues now.

First, as a pregnant lady, getting to lie face down on their pregnancy support pillow is a rare treat... Kinda worth the price of admission right there... But aside from the pillow, I felt like I was in really capable, professional hands. Teagan practices a modified style of Swedish massage and took a bit of time to learn what I'd like out of the experience. Having been to other RMTs I know I'm not crazy about having 20 minutes of head cradling (for example) and prefer deep back and shoulder massages. She totally respected my hopes and never fails to deliver. I also enjoy the music she plays... Not the typical babbling brook, nature soundtrack/pan flute often heard during massages... Lee practices active release techniques and gave me great advice on how to carry myself while carrying the extra weight of a baby. He gives a great treatment plus he really set me at ease as someone who usually prefers to have body work done by women. A real professional.
