A standard business model incorporates "Good service at a fair price" -- this was not the case. Could tell from the atmosphere that employee's seemed to be bullied by upper management. The response I repeatedly got was, "What are you going to do?" instead of any accountability or attempt to fix the situation. For a professional service handling something as important as taxes, communication and responsibility are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, both were completely lacking here. This ticked her off royally and "...maybe I was 11 seconds" but as I'm backing out to leave, out comes her camera with the fanatical attitude that she had caught me in a major criminal activity, as she raised her phone triumphantly and yelled something like "I got it!!!" As a former Corporate Executive, I find this kind of attitude and activity of an employee appalling and bad for business.
