He told us that we would not like what he had to say and suggested that we lower the price of our home significantly. So we made $10,000 price reduction on his recommendation. Within less than two weeks he suggested we lower our price again. We declined and stayed at our asking price. We spoke and met several times each time leaving us more and more frustrated Our feelings were That we did not need a real estate agent to GIVE our home away. It became very obvious he was only interested in a quick sale, regardless of what was best for his clients. To the best of my knowledge he never even personally showed our home. Within a month we received a lowball offer on our home. His comment was that we should take it because it was a solid offer and the market was slow due to the holiday season. Against his wishes we countered and continued to counter. We brought the sale up nearly $11,000. All the while he was telling us he didn't think it was a wise idea and that we could lose the sale. We were extremely disappointed in his lack of support for his clients and it became apparent he simply wanted to collect his check and be on his way. I could not in good faith recommend his services. Our personal feeling is that he preferred to take the money and run.

The only reason the mold was so bad was because nobody insulated the pipes in the attic so the pipes burst and flooded everything. Not even a proper company came for the cleanup. That wasn't the only plumbing problem. The pipes would freeze all the time. Her response? "At least you have a roof over your head." Yeah, and im sharing it with toxic black mold. Thanks Eleanor. Talk about being a slumlord. This is just a fraction of the hell she has put us through. Be careful doing business with her. I would advise for a mold check if you have to rent from her. And also very half ass maintenance, nobody even installed the dishwasher properly, i guess the dishwasher was portable. How convenient. Glad im outa there!

Their was a response (with properties) was within hours, with an understanding that my list was contradictory. Cindy Hansen recommended a short list, containing 1 property that we overlooked. She took me to a few houses. She then exercised extreme patience and sister-like opinions while I narrowed down our options. Our first choice did not work out, thankfully, because of tricky contracting (Cindy disclosed). The house we purchased is the one we overlooked, a dream, that the Hansens found for us. They also recommended an inspector and attorney, making this a one-stop shop.
