The young man I dealt with was a nice guy, very knowledgeable and treated me with respect as a Black Man... and YES, that means a great deal. Because there are some butchers who DO NOT treat us with respect. Now before you get mad at me....I get it. You have to give it to get it, respect is earned. And R&R has earned my respect. They had a whole display of fresh ravioli, stuffed shells, and manicotti. The manicotti was sold out so it must be good. I decided on the asiago and garlic ravioli and the crab ravioli. Yum. They recommended that it be kept in the freezer until it needs to be cooked and then boil it for five minutes! This shop also sells various cuts of beef, chicken, and pork which all look pretty good. They also sell these weird chicken rings and many different flavors of chicken fingers and strips. All were breaded. Honestly, I'm kinda scared of the chicken rings.
