Rentals go from 4pm Friday to 11am the next Friday. I love that the only thing you need to bring is food and pay a cleaning fee ($60-$70). Every unit has dishes, bedding, basic soap and shampoo (like a hotel), and towels. All units also have a DVD player. The office has books and movies you can borrow. There is also wi-fi, but I found that it wasn't always reliable and hard to connect to sometimes. Extra bonus for the club house with hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool, walking trails, and a private beach. Couldn't give full marks because some of the furniture, pots/pans and art in the units are outdated. Though I guess it's up to the owners to change that themselves.

Whomever was doing housekeeping just made up a dirty bed and called it a day. Gross under any circumstances, but inexcusable during a pandemic. -The bathmat was dirty as well. I threw it in the washer/dryer along with several towels because I no longer trusted the cleanliness of the linens and it came out looking brand-new and almost unrecognizable from what it was before. Yikes. -Missing some very basic-level necessities in terms of dining, cooking, and baking. No wine glasses, one lonely mixing bowl, one tiny cookie sheet, everything else is jumbled together in one big drawer with lots of sharp pointy things that no doubt hundreds of hands have touched. -Everything is technically clean but it's very surface-level, lots of dust and crumbs in spots, including the coffee table. Again, it's a pandemic. You couldn't wipe it down before the next guest? -If you're looking for the coffeemaker, you will find it in the hallway closet near the front door. No idea why it was put there but guessing it's because housekeeping can't be bothered to clean it. My husband and I didn't find it until our second night. If you love your morning coffee then you know how annoying this is. NOTE: I am not a clean freak and I hate leaving negative reviews without contacting first. I tried to contact Mysty Mountain Properties before leaving this review of Vista View Chalet but the phone number on the website was disconnected and the backup phone number led me to a voicemail which told me to text them with my problem. That is the LEAST someone who is in the hospitality business could do to ensure that the guests who have paid a large sum to stay at this dirty old cabin don't freeze to death in the cold. But, we got to the cabin thinking everything was fine, drove family in tow to Leavenworth then to our cabin to find out power is out and has been out. Fine, maybe they didn't know? Fine, then next step should be for a full refund. Because I sure did not pay to camp out with no power near Stevens Pass in the middle of December. But nope, that's too much to ask too. So we drove back home, 3 hours at 9 pm where we had a warm place to stay. Then came back to Stevens pass since we had already booked our lift tickets. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. We opened the door to find not only no power but the stench of stale old body odor. The management is a joke and apparently customer service is not in the vocabulary. As a business owner and also someone who is in the rental industry these people should just quit before they ruin any other holiday plans for another family.

Didn't seem very professional. Carrying plates of food with hair down is unsafe as hair can easily shed and get onto the plates. Also seemed unsafe to carry plates and glassware (without or without beverages) up and down the stairs in flip-flops. Even at beach bars and restaurants in Mexico etc. the waiters wear closed-toed shoes. We also didn't see her after taking our order; we had to go up to the bar (and a different waitress) to ask for more water and a second round of drinks.

We actually stayed at two of Coral's properties, a house in Redmond and a townhouse in Kirkland, which was not available at the time of our arrival, so Coral offered to split our month between the two properties. We were very happy with the house, but even happier with the townhouse because of its views and location. Both properties are in great locations - quiet, private but close to shopping, transport, restaurants, etc. The townhouse was so comfortable, clean and always nice to come back to at the end of a busy day. The lake views are just lovely and the proximity to Juanita Beach and Kirkland town center are wonderful, so that we both felt very much at home there. The high level of furnishing and decorator touches really helped me work out how I'd like to decorate our new home. I loved the colors and the little touches throughout the home. I didn't find anything Coral hadn't thought of that we needed during those weeks. The entire process from my initial inquiry to transferring of funds, getting access to the house and then moving out was very smooth and trouble free. Coral was very easy to work with and also very helpful when we had questions about anything a local would know and we didn't yet. We highly recommend using Between Moves for any short term accommodation needs in and around the Eastside and will most likely use them again when it's time to leave.
