Or 2 couples. The loft features a king bed and its own bathroom complete with a shower. The main level features a nice simple kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and 2 burner electric cook top. The living space is comfy with an oversized couch two comfortable chairs and a perfectly sized dining noon table with room for four. There is also a queen size bed and a full bathroom also with shower. The views are spectacular over looking the Saratoga passage while off in the distance lurk the Cascade mountains. We were so lucky to have experienced both moon and sun rises each day during our stay!! The frolicking seals, numerous water foul and two crotchety herons welcomed us with all their natural glory!! The check in process was easy and couldn't have been more convenient!! We arrived late and entered our room with our issue. We were greeted with some delicious treats, cookies, gummies, trail mix and pop corners!! Such a lovely welcome surprise. There were fresh cut flowers and plenty of warm blankets to enjoy a lovely evening or morning sit in the nicely decorated deck outside. Couple of hot tips for those with an EV. Be sure to have the "Blink" app on your phone as there are 2 charges within walking distance through town. We waited till around 11:00pm when the chargers were vacant. We parked and charged the car as we slept. Grabbing the car around 5:30am when the charge ended. 7.6kw charges. Not fast but in this scenario worked very well for us. $17.00 bucks and the tank was full for another day of island exploration!!

I developed very bad allergies while living there for a couple years! Endless dust and allergens. I think there may be mold under the carpet. All appliances are very old. 1980's old! The celling and floors are extra thin. You hear your neighbors every move. Terrible non insulated floors and ceilings. I had a bee problem in my bathroom! Bees somehow nested in the air vent and every time I used the restroom I had bees in my bathroom. It took at least a month to clear them out. The vent wound up falling from the ceiling and was replaced by an open vent! Luckily through me killing the bees myself and them fumigating the vent it went away! When your lease is up they charge you an extra $600 to $1000 on top of your rent to go month to month which should be illegal! Price gouging at it's worst and they will tell you that they do it to make you sign another lease and discourage month to month because you can just leave at anytime! Terrible business practice that should be ILLEGAL! The neighbors do not pick up the dog fecal matter at all! I had to neighbors with a combined 4 dogs and they never picked up the shit! Not at all! Doo doo bombs galore in the grass! Do not move there unless you are just starting off...No what? Do not move there period! Almost 2700 per month including parking for horrible conditions! No bang for you buck at all! This place is a hazard and if I have mold poisoning or skin irritations because of mold that they did not take care of I will sue! AGAIN AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Pros: - New management is invested in making it a nicer place to be - Fast and polite maintenance - Tons of space - Garage - Great price for what you get - Always enough hot water - Laundry/dryer - Pet friendly - Near a lake, it was nice to go on walks - 5 min drive to Safeway, Central Market, QFC - Bus stop literally right outside - Kind, safe, kid-friendly community - Electric utility runs on 95% clean energy - Fiber internet through Ziply, super fast and reliable - Lots of light/windows, and opening them on both sides of the unit creates a nice flow of wind on hot days - Good Pho U is right across the street and has the BEST PHO AND BOBA AROUND (and I've been to Vietnam lol) Cons: - Road noise - Electric baseboard heating (was rough when we had the super cold winter) - No built-in microwave in our unit Details: We lived at Martha Lake Townhomes for 4 years, ending at the end of 2023. As of the middle of 2022, we got new management and they've been fantastic! The new landlord and staff (Arash and Justin) are fantastic and kind. They immediately started investing in the community, cleaned the exterior of the building for the first time in at least a decade, did a lot of landscaping (before the plants were growing over the sidewalks and it was hard to get around). They also added something to the external facade of the building, I dunno what it was but it looks nice and made the utility bill go down lol. Maintenance always came ASAP (usually the same or the next day) and was very kind and respectful of our privacy. We ran into banking issues while paying rent a few times and each time they accommodated us without adding late fees. They also came to see us in person to introduce themselves and to resolve issues. Their handling of the deposit was fair and transparent, and they didn't try to nickle and dime us (and we hung a projector and projector screen on the walls in there). As for the living situation, MLT is located right next to a lake, it's a beautiful area to walk around. I almost *never* heard the neighbors. We had a unit that was about 5-10 feet from the busy road outside, and we could hear road noise consistently along with the standard car doors opening/shutting and leaf blowers/lawn mower stuff. However, you get a ton of space for a very affordable price. There are kids who play in the complex so if you're a family, there's a playground and people seem comfortable letting their kids roam the complex safely. I felt comfortable going for walks alone, even the occasional night walk. All in all, probably the best place I've stayed at in the Seattle area. The only real negative is the road noise, so if that doesn't bother you, I would seriously consider this. I will miss living here. (PS. If you end up living here, do give Good Pho U a try.)

Our townhome is quite spacious and very decently priced for the area. And it has two car garage! It's nice to have that extra storage, as well as security for our vehicle. We're in a townhome on 2nd Pl W, so we don't hear much traffic from 164th. We moved from an apartment next to the freeway, so it's positively quiet compared to our last place. We love the family feeling here. There are several families on our block and our kids have made many friends already. The neighbors we've met have been friendly and inviting. We're very happy here.

Downstairs, enjoy a communal kitchen area with tea, coffee, snacks, wine glasses, a fridge with complementary juice, water, ice, fruit, and yogurts. Think twice before signing a lease here…read more I would not recommend this building based on my experience. The biggest ongoing problem has been the elevator. This isn't a one-time inconvenience. The elevator has repeatedly gone out of service over the years--sometimes for a day, sometimes for several days. Now we've reached a completely different level: the building's only elevator has been out of service for over a month. Management has acknowledged that OTIS found significant damage to the elevator's governor rope and that a replacement part has to be manufactured before the elevator can be repaired. The latest update is that the replacement part may not even ship until September 3, meaning there is still no definite date when residents will actually have a working elevator. Management has been contacted about the situation, but they have refused to waive the lease-break fee for residents who want to leave because of the prolonged outage. To be fair, management says they have been communicating with OTIS and trying to get the part expedited. I'm not claiming they're doing absolutely nothing. The problem is that residents are the ones living with the consequences of an unreliable building system, and when the only elevator is down for over a month, that's a major problem. The noise is another significant issue. There is a fire station directly across the street, so emergency vehicle sirens can be heard throughout the day and during the night. On top of that, there are frequently vehicles with extremely loud exhausts racing up and down the street at all hours. If you're a light sleeper, visit the property at night before signing a lease. My advice to anyone considering Arabella is simple: Don't just tour the apartment during the daytime and look at the unit. Come back at night. Ask how often the elevator goes down. Ask how long repairs typically take. And seriously consider whether you want to live in a building where the only elevator has a history of recurring problems. Also in the parking garage, people use their parking spots for open storage units and store all things there they must not want in there units. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

We were here in the winter time so the gardens were dead but you could tell come springtime and summer it would be an amazing place to spend some time outdoors. The room was super nice and the cottage hosts were very friendly and nice to deal with. The only thing I would caution you on is to not barge into the area where it says Entrance. That lead you into a porch like area with a second door that leads inside to what might be the hosts residence. When we went to open the second door we were met with strong verbal cues to stop and sign the guest book. It was as if they didn't want us to enter any further. Come to find out this may have been there personal residence. The breakfast was amazing too. We had the raspberry clafouti and was super delicious. It's not something we would have ordered on our own but when we tasted it we couldn't get enough. The rooms came with almost everything you would need to include a corkscrew a couple of wine glasses a refrigerator microwave coffee etc. I would highly recommend this place.
