She was distracted by, and complained more than once, about the remodeling that was happening in the clinic rooms, overly distraught (not just a little annoyed, but a this-has-completely-ruined-my-day attitude) that things weren't where she expected them to be. When asked basic questions she displayed a remarkable lack of interest, concern, or even knowledge about common tools in her profession (like retainers, for example). She did not seem to understand how top and bottom teeth are supposed to comfortably line up. I'm glad to have learned this about her early in my kids' treatment, when it's still very easy to switch providers. Not sure how this place made the Best of Madison list!
