You can schedule online or the old fashioned way (phone). Their offices are on the near west side on Odana Road and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Their offices are soothing and comfortably lit--good for the whole family. My dentist and her team are very knowledgeable, welcoming and did not deride me for not getting more regular dental care. My initial visit - - and some fillings later - - proceeded on time, efficiently and successfully with no pain. I was particularly impressed with how well my dentist and her hygienists worked together as a team. Pretty impressive and it is clear that they know what they're doing and know what they are doing together and are on the same page. Confidence inspiring. Saw Dr. Lee for my first appointment. They do a full set of x-rays here which I find a little annoying because I really think that a full set is unnecessary if no problems are found. Anyway, Dr. Lee was nice and I liked her. Then for the cleaning, Dr. Spiewak was the attending dentist (had teeth cleaned by hygienist). My dad is a dentist and I have chosen not to get my wisdom teeth removed because they are impacted but not coming in crooked but they are just hanging out under the gum. The dentist freaked out when I said that I wasn't removing them for now and he was like "OMG there's bacteria festering under there if you were my daughter I'd tell you to do it!!!" I've read the scholarly journals. There's not significant evidence that getting wisdom teeth out as a preventative measure is helpful. I've gone here for another cleaning and yet again Dr Spiewak has harassed me about the wisdom teeth. So overall, I liked Dr Lee but not the other dentist. If you choose to go here, consider saying that I referred you! We both get $20 gift cards if you're referred.

They first saw her at the west side location and we moved over to Fitchburg when she started to be exclusive to that location. They since then have opened an Eastside Location, but I refuse to change doctors and feel it is worth the drive 2x a year. Dr. Allison and her staff are so amazing. They are extremely pleasant to work with. I believe I only have been not happy with the customer service of the front desk once and we have visited at least 30x. My kids are almost to the age where they no longer will go here and I am so bummed because she is wonderful and wonderful with kids. Also, I was annoyed in the begging with it taking so long for my kids to get in for braces on referral. Mostly because my kids wanted before HS. The oldest of the 2 is dentally delayed so it has been rough... But after talking with tons of other parents and hearing how they were sent to early and had to get braces a 2nd time for their kids I was relieved. He also prescribed a fluoride tooth gel that I use in addition to my regular toothpaste. I've had significantly fewer cavities since then and the waterpik cleans immensely better than brushing alone. Dr. Kammer also replaced several of my old silver fillings with ceramic ones that match perfectly for color. The staff at Victorious Dental is always helpful and gets me in for appointments promptly.

They are a busy office so sometimes scheduling can be pushed out but I've always gotten a call about openings and have been able to get in earlier than expected. They have provided excellent communication and referrals when needed. I have been so happy with my hygienist. My teeth always feel so clean after. She's efficient and thorough. If you are in the area, this location is bus-friendly and there is a coffee shop in the same building if you need to do work or wait before/after appointments.
