While I've purchased a couple of plants from various places, Poot's was a gold mine of a find with options for me. They have a wide variety of succulents and cacti to choose from and I look forward to going back for a few more once I get this figured out! I didn't have much interaction with staff outside of checking out, but the girl at the counter did answer a couple of questions for me regarding repotting that were helpful.

It's really easy to get her, right off of the 99 highway. I wasn't sure where to find the right stone for spas so I asked a guy who was working on the yard and he directed me to the Design Center where they had a lot more stone styles to choose from. I was assisted by Denisia who definitely knew her stuff, super nice and knowledgeable. It was almost time for them to close but they didn't rush me or anything. Delivered large and small river rock to my home. The large river rock was delivered with so much…read moregravel sand and dirt that I had to dig into the dirt pile to retrieve the large river rock. It took longer me longer to clean up the dirt and debris from the delivery than to move a yard a river rock into my back yard. I called Tracy top soil and they said " that's the way it comes". I am now stuck with debris that I did not want or pay for and a Hugh mess to clean up. Awesome customer service!
