When I turned 40 valley medical would no longer perform the procedure for me. It was a frustrating heart break to have waited on them when others would have been happy to do it. It felt like an outdated experience where some man I don't even know decided I didn't get access to the contraceptive that was better for me. Now that I got what I needed from someone else I'm really grateful to have gotten the access and support elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Ben Miller and found him to be professional, thorough and willing to go the extra mile to get me into the hospital for a procedure that couldn't wait. The office staff and medical tech explained everything and gave me timelines and printouts to help me understand my condition and situation prior to going to the hospital. They followed up with test results in a timely manner and were easy to reach. I would recommend this practice.

Now they are only interested in making money and not caring for the health of their patients. Some of the doctors there are good, but the entire vibe of the clinic has changed. I get phone call after phone call from them pressuring me to come in for nonsense reasons. I will go in and get a problem fixed and they want me to make a follow up appointment. Lately, they pressure you to come in constantly. I am disabled and it is very difficult for me to go into the clinic. Besides the fact I have so many medical bills I'm broke. I had a kidney infection for three or four months and I went in there to see the doctor. I took a urine test which came out negative. I drink gallons of water all day and it's very common for me to have a negative test, even though I have an infection. The doctor that I go to, Kaitlyn Bausler was great and prescribe me the medication. I started feeling better and all my symptoms were going away. But I needed an extra few days of antibiotics because I was not completely free of symptoms. They insisted I come in and take a urine test to get more antibiotics even though I told them I already had a test and that test was negative! This clinic has gotten so ridiculous! It's all about the MONEY!

During my recent visit with Dr. Hightower I didn't feel that I got the attention I needed and he seemed a bit rushed, and this not the first time. When discussing my x-rays during recent visit he said I now have 1-2 degenerative discs, I couldnt tell which, and then moved on to something else. I tried to butt in and say, wait a minute, this is the first time the images have showed degeneration in the disc and I wanted to know, if possible, why, and what to do about it, and if the disc was contributing to my hip pain. Never got a clear answer. I tried to ask more questions about causes, treatment options, follow up, but Dr. Hightower seemed like he had something else that he needed to do.
