This is a brand new venue with tons of potential. The show itself was great, but sadly the HORRIBLE tiny chairs and long long lines for food and bathrooms and the even worse parking lot exit after the show ruin it. The food is actually really good and better than most event centers but until someone replans this entire venue for about 2/3 or less of the crowd capacity we will not attend a sold out event. Everyone in our party has sore backs, aching legs and is super annoyed because we have been sitting for 40 minutes after the show let out and still have only moved 2 feet from our parking space. This is really really awful planning for crowds, Fishers. You have a chance to redo this and make fewer, more comfortable seating and sell less tickets before this becomes a ghost town because I don't think many people will do this twice. read more

Wish they didn't absolutely screw up the parking. This buildings works fine and I'm sure the coming concerts would be fun, but be aware of the predatory parking situation there. They have QR posters that you scan and pay online. That's fine. But heaven forbid you pay after the event while waiting to exit the site. And know that that fine will be double the cost of parking ($20 + another $40) because you paid at 10:30 pm the night of the event. And, yes, you can dispute, but they'll sit on it for two weeks and then say your dispute has been denied and still have to pay. Fishers Event Center, you built a facility in a part of the city that is surrounded by shops and ample free parking, just to charge an absurd amount to park there. I hope the events are successful but the people are resilient enough to just Uber or park at Ikea and walk just to screw you a little. read more

Event center was nice and Lindsey Stirling was amazing. the parking was not only a nightmare but quite possibly a scam. Tried for nearly an hour to use their system to pay with no luck. Recently received a bill that was 150% of the original cost for parking. read more

Been to two Indy Fuel games here. Beautiful venue, comfortable seats with good sight lines. However the PA system is PAINFULLY loud. I would never bring a kid here, or anyone who already has hearing issues. This issue is so bad it makes the other problem (traffic management) seem minor in comparison. But it is not a small thing - it takes forever to exit. Hope these things get fixed! read more

Parking for the Leanne Morgan show (which itself was excellent), was abhorrent. There have been poorly executed traffic patterns in the past, but this is the worst I have ever seen. We left home to arrive 30 minutes early and arrived 12 minutes late. All of that was attributable to the gridlock within the last 1/2 mile approach to the parking lot. After the show we literally sat in our car in the lane for 65minutes before being able to exit this 7th ring of hell parking lot. Jim I Hendrix could come back from the dead to do a concert, but I would pass if it took place there. What happened to civil engineering. The city is supposed to regulate this nonsense. read more

The show we attended at the Fishers Event Center was great. And the layout inside the stadium was well-designed, allowing a good view from all seating. Unfortunately, that is where the positive points end. This was the worst venue experience of any place I've ever attended for a show. The parking situation is horrible. We arrived 2 hours before the scheduled show start time and all the ADA accessible parking was full. The signage for navigating the lot was nearly non-existent and there were no staff providing assistance or directing inbound vehicles. The venue's website know-before-you-go page says, "Patrons are advised to arrive early to ensure they have time to explore the new venue, park and enter, and check out the multitude of dining options before heading to their seats." This is a cruel joke! An hour and a half before show start, we joined a bunch of other patrons waiting outside an entrance... in the rain... in a cold wind. We were advised by an apparent venue employee that the doors would not open until one hour before the show start. He talked at us like we were kindergartners; assuring us that we would have plenty of time to get to our seat before the performers came onstage. He also told us that only one door would be opened and that we needed to form a single-file line in front of the one door. He was actually directing elderly people with walkers who were under the entrance overhang to go out into the cold wind and rain to form a line. The food and drink prices were exorbitant, even by stadium standards. $5 for bottled water. Pretty harsh for a place that won't permit you to bring in a water bottle. $15 for nachos. Granted, they offer a bunch of frilly "gourmet" toppings, but I would have preferred to be able to get a basic chips, cheese, and jalapenos for $5 instead. Leaving the parking lot was a nightmare. They had metal barricades up to force everyone to leave the multiple lots using a single route out to the roundabout. The west lots have multiple ways to exit out to USA Drive, but these were blocked off. And, again, no staff providing assistance or directing outbound vehicles. It took us 45 minutes to leave the venue. I get the distinct impression the venue management intentionally creates inconvenient (or downright grievous) conditions for non-VIP patrons to promote their "Premium Experiences" packages. We won't be returning to this venue. And I'll be sharing this review around in hopes that no performers we want to see will select this venue for their show. read more

This place might work for hockey or volleyball games, or for smaller events, but we were at a sold-out show where every seat was full plus the entire floor was seating. We showed up in the parking lot about 40 minutes before the show, and it was a complete cluster. A friend we were with was in a wheelchair, and they had NOWHERE near the proper amount of handicap parking spots. We, along with MANY others, had to make our way from the back side lot with wheelchairs and walkers and all kinds of nonsense. Not okay. There was a WHOLE ROW of empty parking spots right up front, but they were reserved for electric vehicles. 20 empty front-row parking spots not being used, but old people and people that can't walk have nowhere to park. Once we finally parked, there was a super long line to get in the door. Even with the show starting 15 minutes late, there were people trying to get in and get to their seats well over 30 minutes after the 7:00 start time. Once inside, we didn't have time to check the outside of the venue out. The bathrooms were small and there were significant lines for both men's and women's. The arena itself seemed nice, the people working there were nice and helpful, and the show itself went well. Getting out was an even bigger nightmare. There were some people in the lot sort of (I effectively) directing traffic, but we sat probably 45 minutes without moving AT ALL - and come on, this is not THAT big of a location. They absolutely need better routes to get in and out, and 100% need to have police blocking traffic getting out onto the main roads and letting people in and out. It was unbelievable that this wasn't being done. Didn't even learn until after that they expect you to pay $10 for parking. Why??? It's just a surface lot outside the venue, and it's inadequate and without enough handicap parking. It's a blatant, shameless money grab that's totally unnecessary, especially when considering ticket prices for ANYTHING here are not cheap. Guess we might be issued a ticket for not scanning a stupid QR code and paying for parking, in the chaos of trying to get in the lot, trying to find handicap parking, and trying to actually get into the venue before the show started. They have a LOT to fix before we would consider coming here for ANYTHING. We were excited there was going to be a venue right here in Hamilton county for stuff like this, but considering this experience, and considering two STANDING tickets to a fuel game will run you $50, I'm not eager to come here for anything again for a long time. This was supposed to be nice and so much more convenient, but in the end this was no less of a pain in the ass than going to downtown Indy for something. read more

Due to location, busy area and minimum entry options it took us 25 minutes to go less than one mile! All area roads merge onto one lane road to the venue. Intersection on main was consistently blocked due to cars not being able to move. Police directing traffic are needed. We will avoid in the future. read more

Beautiful facility, but traffic control in and out is horrendous. 90 minutes to get out of the parking lot after the Gutfeld show, and no signs how to get out. Redesign the entrances and exits!!! read more

Listen, I go to a lot of concerts, I spend a lot of time in arenas and event centers. I've never been in a place that's so new while also being so poorly thought out. The interior is a traffic nightmare. There's no designated spot for a merch booth, so the artist has to set up their own in the hallway, and the line was so long it was getting mixed up in bathroom lines and food lines to the point that there were people in lines and they didn't even know what they were in line for. And don't even get me started on the parking. There are no markers or landmarks and everything looks so similar it's easy to get turned around.. people were just wandering around the parking lot searching for their car. There are ONLY two exits. For god knows how many cars. 45 minutes to get us out of this parking lot. It just feels like when this was designed, there was literally no thought to the people who would be attending events. read more

I will never go back to Fishers Event Center. Not even if The Beatles were playing! This place is a parking, food and drink catastrophe. So, here we are at the Leanne Morgan show and you would think that any research on the audience demographics would point to probably substantial Wine and Beer consumption. So, how does the venue handle it? The Food (I use that term lightly) stands are quite large with 5-7 servers and had maybe 5-8 people in line. The Wine and Beer vendor stand was, oh, maybe six feet wide with only 2 servers and 50 PEOPLE IN LINE. We missed the first 10 minutes of Morgan's show waiting for an expensive OUNCE of wine. Oh, and they only had Sparkling white wine. No Chardonnay or Pino. Come on Venue managers! Do your research. Now, about the parking. There are only two ways to get into this mess of humanity: 116th Street and 106th up USA Parkway, both entering the parking area from the West. There are no entrances/exits on the East side of the building. NOT ONE! It took us 50 minutes to get out of there. What were the architects/city planners thinking? Say Ta-Ta to the Fishers Event Center. I'd rather go all the way downtown where you can get in and out with relative ease. read more

There is ZERO plan to get people in or out of the venue!! Just oissed off drivers blocking everything and honking and not letting anyone out. I don't come to a hockey game to sit in gridlock for as long as I spent at the actual game! Fishers needs to get it together! Getting in was equally bad. I would be very hard pressed to go to this venue again! We purchased tickets for the Greg Gutfeld show for 3/15/2025. We got to the venue an hour and a half before the 7:00 start. It was raining so we stayed in our vehicle hoping that the line to get in would catch up to the entrance. BUT the line stretched around the building and never caught up!! It was 6:50, still raining, and the line was still around the building! We ate the $190 cost of tickets and left because even if we had gotten in line, we'd never get in to see the show in time. The event center ONLY opened its doors ONE hour before showtime. Not enough time to get in, enjoy concessions, and get seated for the crowd that attended the event. TOTALLY UNPREPARED FOR THE ATTENDANCE AND TOTALLY POOR PLANNING BY THE EVENT CENTER! Oh, of course I messaged the Fishers Event Center with absolutely NO RESPONSE which I can attest why this venue has such a low rating. Apathy at its best!!! I can also add that the parking is HORRIBLE! The lanes are so tight, you're lucky to get past vehicles coming the opposite direction. Totally would NOT RECOMMEND this venue at all!! read more
