Fun experience and great crew! We brought a novice from northern Cali. It's BYOB and they provide a large iced cooler for storage. The boat trip begins in the scenic intracoastal passing by stunning mansions until hitting the ocean by Port Everglades. As a novice myself, the crew is informative and helpful in teaching how to use the rod, fixing issues such as lines being tangled or snapped hooks, and identifying the fish. Cool learning experience too. They showed us a sucker fish as it strapped to the boat walls before setting her free. We went on a Friday at 7:30pm. The boat wasn't too packed and we claimed the front. Between 3 of us, we took home 4 fish. We caught a bunch more that were tossed back in the water -- baby sharks, and many fish that weren't of proper size. Great adventure even if you don't catch any fish. A very peaceful view of the skyline looking east and we caught moonrise to the west. Nice ocean breeze! After returning, they scaled and gutted the fishies for some fun cooking ahead.

Christina was very helpful others on the boat who were needing assistance.

Great crew. Christina and Josh were very informative, showing and explaining the various species of fish people were catching.

Captain Jack was great! It was unfortunate we came back with nothing to show for it. He was very apologetic and we all understood. It was the offseason so I can't fault him for that. Our group had a great time nonetheless!

We decided to do a morning fishing trip and we had a good time. The weather was nice. Hot but nice. The mates on board were friendly and helpful. They provide all of the gear and bait. We went to three locations during our four hour trip. Tho my family only caught half a dozen small fish, most of which we had to throw back, some other people had some nice catches onboard. It was a fun experience at a reasonable price, and we may go out and try our luck again.

My boyfriend and I went on the 4 hour afternoon trip and had a great time! It was a smaller group of only 4 of us fishing which was nice. Brian was great and offered help to whoever needed it. We would definitely come again & recommend!

This chartering company is hands down the best! We had a great experience on the water with caption Will & first made Dave. They are attentive, informational, and most importantly, FUN! Whether you get a good catch or not, you will not walk off this boat disappointed. I would recommend them over and over again. We cannot wait to go back again. If you book your experience make sure to ask for Will & Dave!

Just got done with our Captain Will and First Mate Ace! These two guys were awesome. We had a slow day for the most part but ended up catching a 44" Barracuda towards the end of the trip that was awesome! Will was super knowledgeable and Ace was extremely pleasant with me and my entire family. Ace made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely nice! Thank you guys for the great experience!

    Great time!

Amazing tour. We went on a 4 hour fishing excursion and these guys didn't let us down. Nick, our guide was great. He was attentive to not just us, but to all the guests. Our party was large with 2 kids and they never let us down. The captain was doing his best to get us to the right fishing spots. unfortunately not a lot of bites but still a great time. We did end up catching 5 fish in total, two of which needed to be thrown back. Check them out if your up in Ft. Lauderdale.

    short lived fun.

terrible customer service. I was cutting up bait and was told after the fact that I was not allowed to cut up a certain fish. Instead of correcting my mistake, I was scolded and searched TWICE, once on the boat, and once when I was already off of the boat. the two idiots they call "mates" need classes in how to talk to folks respectfully. I am on vacation and unaware of state regulations, last thing I need is to be treated like some sort of buffoon from someone who didn't explain their job well enough. plus they never gave me my keeper fish that I worked hard for, neither mate or captain said a thing.. only searched my bag. 0/10 screw this boat save ur money. included a pic of my first and last fish on this drift boat

Captain Will and Andrew made the experience unforgettable, especially for my first-time fishing, ever. From the start the trip was seamless and both Will and Andrew answered my endless questions and were both super knowledgeable and professional. The highlight was catching a barracuda which is now named Frank and a replica of which will be hung in my office. Absolutely would go again and recommend Fishing Headquarters.

Our guide, Marc, was energetic, extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of our individual interests, which made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. Pickup was easy and convenient at a location near the Miami airport, and the clean, comfortable van made the drive across southern Florida along the Tamiami Trail enjoyable. The airboat ride was a highlight--we got up close and personal with alligators sunning themselves despite the chilly weather, which was unforgettable. The day ended with a phenomenal boat ride with an excellent captain on the west coast through and around the mangrove islands, where we saw dolphins, white pelicans, cormorants, and an impressive variety of other waterfowl. Overall, this was a highly educational and entertaining day from start to finish. A perfect way to experience the Everglades and Florida's unique ecosystems.
