Dustin was fantastic -- friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or give extra guidance. Our puppy made huge progress socializing thanks to him. The store itself is well stocked, and order pickup is always easy and reliable, which I really appreciate. My only complaint is the cleanliness. There always seems to be miscellaneous trash on the floors, likely from other customers, but it means I'm practicing "leave it" and "drop it" way more than necessary with a curious puppy. Overall, great training experience and solid store -- just hoping they improve floor cleanliness.

I contacted customer service and filed a formal complaint and was told nothing would be done, so here is where I start my crusade against Petco! Never going there again! Also, we were quoted $83 over the phone and when we got in to pick our dog up, the hill was $126, the manager gave us a lousy $15 discount... Never again!

I parked in one of the two spots they have for pick up called the store number. Stated I was there to pick up an order and my name which I had to repeat it. And the woman that I spoke with seemed put out for having to deal with me. The person informed me that they had to get someone from outback to come and bring it out for me. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes and no one came outside to which point I shut off my car, walked inside to the the counter, the older gentleman behind the counter seemed a little thrown off a woman than appeared and said that the order was in the container out front as you walk in followed her over she opened it handed me the stuff didn't say anything at all didn't apologize for it not being brought to my car or anything. I took my items and walked out. Very disappointed. And there wasn't a lot of customers in the store at that time when I had to go in. The whole point of me trying the online order was so I didn't have to go in and hunt for my items that I could just pull up call get my items and go home after a long day at work.

The floors will be wet!
