There's a guy in the shoe section and he was fantastic and very helpful. This was my first time here, and I'll definitely be coming back. When we originally purchased my bike from this other company, they sent me my bike with a bad axil. I brought my bike to Colin from Suburban with the axil provided by this online company. The axil was the wrong one. Then I received another axil that was supposed to be the correct one. Again, it was the wrong one! Colin was so kind to look at my bike every time I came in at no cost even though he had taken my bike a part each time. As you can see Colin is a great man and he really cares for his customers. There were several busy employees within the store doing what looked like an inventory or stocking but every last one of them that came within a few feet of me greeted me. I'd give 5 stars if I felt like the selection wasn't low for such a large space. Maybe that's what the staff were busy working on, but it didn't help me in the moment as far as selection. I decided to look around after and found 2 sweaters on clearance. I've always loved Gap for their high quality materials, they're not like the other "disposable" clothing stores where you wear the item once and it's never the same again. The lady that took care of my returns and rang me up was so nice, and the gentlemen employee also standing at the counter thanked me for making a purchase. When I went to this store to get some additional guidance, I found the staff that was extremely knowledgeable in helping me what I needed, inevitably I bought a second bike from the store as well as some additional accessories that have made my training regimen extremely successful. While not being able to get rid of the first bike with the original vendor, I elected to keep it and they went and they put new tires on it for the road instead of the knobbies that came with it. Most leather work shoes I have purchased get very uncomfortable by the end of the day. But SAS shoes allow my feet to swell without being to tight. Their inserts keep my stride padded. So they are comfortable all day long.
