My previous comments still stand. I never thought I'd still be coming here (well over a year since…read moreI started), but it's a testament to my trainer, Christine, and her skills, encouragement and professionalism. She keeps my workouts fun and interesting. I would give her six stars. Why should you come here? Because it's cheaper than seeing a psychiatrist. Haha. No really, I feel so much better after a session! All the stress of the work day melts away and I get some "me" time. I will tell you that over time I can see the way my body has changed: more defined shoulders, higher/firmer butt and leaner legs. Their location on Ellis is closer to work, so I can walk there, which is good, because the parking lot is small. The huge plate glass window in the front sometimes feels like a fishbowl. Still feels a little claustrophobic when multiple trainers are there with their students, like "don't go too far back," so I'm sticking with 4 stars.

Considering personal training?…read more Option A: go to a $19.99/month (or less) gym and have an intimidatingly strong trainer teach you how to pick up and put down weights for "free", then ignore you until your next "free" session 29 days later. Option B: go to Bell's Bodies, pay more money, and have extremely dedicated, personable, intelligent, healthy, motivational, experienced trainers provide you with customized sessions that WILL help you achieve/exceed your goals. Bell's Bodies is more than a building filled with trainers, clients, and exercise equipment. It's a lifestyle, a community, a source of support, a place where lives are transformed!

As someone who's gone to this gym from time to time, there are a few pros & cons that I will list…read moreout in detail to help you better understand as to whether or not this gym is for you! Pros: The gym has a LARGE amount of amenities. There are two basketball courts (which are also used for pickleball), an indoor lap pool with hot tubs, an outdoor swimming area with slides (at an extra charge). There are classes, a ton of different machines for both cardio and lifting, and a really clean and upscale atmosphere. People tend to mind their own business and the staff have on average been helpful, at least in my experience. There is also a kids "daycare" if that's what you call it. A lot of parents will use this so they can have time to work out and actually work. There's a little area right next to the cafe that has tables and outlets. I see a lot of people with MacBooks doing work. They probably work remotely. Who knows. Cons: The price point for this gym is definitely the highest of them all coming in at $220.00 a month per person. IF you are married or you can prove cohabitation, you can add an additional person on your account for around $100 a month. This gym definitely has a crowd that is very gymcentric. This isn't a bad thing. But some people who are looking for a more chill or less intimidating atmosphere may think twice. I was one of these people until I decided to just not care. But that's easier said than done. The gym can be exceptionally crowded at peak hours. So if you plan on going daily I'd do my very best to avoid late afternoons on weekdays and nights on weekends. I was hoping the bathroom situation would be a little better but, there seems to be 2 bathrooms for ladies and men of course (from what I've seen). And with the amount of people there sometimes, it can be a little bit hectic. The locker room is fine and the showers are just average. At the price point of $220.00 I was expecting some futuristic pod shower than also does your taxes but, we all can't have what we want. The outside swimming area is an additional monthly charge, by the way. Conclusion: So take it or leave it. The price point is HIGH, but there are a lot more amenities and options for machines than any other gym out there. Is that justified? I don't really know. So three stars. Until they have a robot that does my taxes, then it might go to 4.

I have been a member of CH OTF for over two years. The studio has continued to decline…read moresignificantly due to the apathy and mismanagement from Romit. From the AC not working in the summer for weeks at a time, to constantly leaking roofs, to equipment breaking routinely, this has been the norm. And for the most part we accepted it. What is now occurring is the total disrespect of the amazing staff. They are the ones who work day in and day out with these poor conditions and who have been the ones who have had to overcome and persevere, all with smiles on their faces, in spite of the mismanagement and lack of any support from the owner, Romit. SM, Kelsey and ASM, Brie have been amazing and always have a smile on their faces. Kelsey and Kam have held down the coaching at a time when classes were being canceled routinely due to coaching shortages previously. Now Romit is bringing in multiple "consultants" who are taking shifts away from all of the staff who have kept the doors open. This is unacceptable and I do not plan on being a member of this location any longer.

Their own coaches and front desk staff join other coaches' classes 10 minutes late, but their members are the ones who sacrifice classes if we arrive at 12:06PM. Coach's discretion is a joke if it's only applied to some people- why do their employees gain such favored benefits when our membership fees are paying their salary? Corporate and management are completely absent- in this economy, customer service is everything.
