I started Fit4Mom at about 17 weeks pregnant with their Fit4Baby classes. I really wanted a prenatal yoga class and I'm so glad I found Fit4Mom. I'm currently in my 3rd trimester and I have my moments of exhaustion and just general "I'm so pregnant!" feelings but I believe the Fit4Baby classes has definitely prepared my body to be able to handle all of it. I have energy and I definitely feel like my body is prepared for this baby to come out! I've also not gained a single pound for this pregnancy (don't worry the baby is gaining all of it). I've been with FIT4MOM Irvine for over 3 years now and wanted to add to my review in regards to their Body Boost classes and Body Well program. I started their Body Well in January and have been consistently going to the Body Boost night classes and have noticed a huge difference! What can I say that hasn't already been said? Fit4mom is truly an incredible resource for moms and children. I tried a class while pregnant and knew that I wanted to sign up when my daughter arrived. Colic hit us like a ton of bricks so I didn't really leave my house for months. I finally signed up and am so happy I did. I have made wonderful friends who are so supportive and full of mommy wisdom. My daughter enjoys going and is always stimulated by the fun songs and activities that are incorporated. Class times are morning and night. I prefer getting my endorphins going in the morning, but there are options for moms who prefer to come without their babies at night as well. They host mommy events as well as crafts and play events for the kids. Monthly membership is able to be paused and their platform to schedule is very easy to navigate. Every single person I've met has been welcoming and kind. We really enjoy going several times a week and it has helped both my mental and physical health post partum and during a global pandemic. read more

I wanted to get back in shape after having twins but I wasn't ready to leave my babies with a sitter or step foot in a gym yet. I had several friends tell me about Fit4Mom so I decided to join! The first class is free so you don't have to commit like a gym. You exercise with your kiddos in the stroller! The hour long class includes a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. You go at your own pace! There are usually 10-20 moms in the class, depending on the day of the week. The group meets at Cedar Grove Park in Tustin on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Everyone lets their kids out of the strollers after class so they can play on the playground together. It's very motivating exercising with a bunch of awesome moms all in the same boat as you. It's not cliquey or judgey either...which a lot of mom groups can be. I love that I can be outdoors with my kids and get a great work out in. The instructor Lynsey is incredibly sweet, motivating, and she's in great shape, but never pushes you too hard. She's a mom too! She organizes mom's night out events once a month, crafts for the kids after class, and also has other fitness programs in the evenings. Pricing is very reasonable. I've been loving Fit4Mom Irvine! As a pregnant mom it's been so nice to have some other women in a similar stage as me to talk to and get to know (future play buddies too!) And it's been great initiative to get moving again after a rough first trimester. Very much looking forward to taking even more classes on maternity leave this summer!! As I have a toddler at home I've been doing the 4 classes per month plan which comes out to $17.25 a class but there are also free events like pelvic floor and postpartum workshops, and events to get to know other moms! I haven't worked out consistently for the last 5 or 6 years, but Fit4Mom is adaptable for whatever your fitness level is...and, yes, it's a real workout and not just a walk around the park. I love FIT4MOM! Once my baby was born I wanted to be able to workout at meet other moms. Being a new mom is hard and being able to talk to other moms and get advice has been the best thing ever. I love Fit4Mom. After I had my baby I found it hard to go to the gym so I had to canceled my gym membership. I try to work out in my living room but found it difficult to do with a kid crawling all over you. I saw an ad for FIT4MOM and decided to give it a try and I fell in love with it. I wish I would have started here sooner! I was having trouble getting my workouts in at home, and with the best intentions to make it to yoga it just wast happening. These moms are so welcoming and fun, and I love that I can bring my kids, get some conversations in that aren't about tractors or monster trucks and get a really good work out. I am so thankful for fit4mom Irvine! I started taking fit4baby classes at around 20 weeks pregnant. I had stopped working out due to extreme nausea in the first trimester and I was looking for some kind of exercise that would be safe for me and baby. What I found was so much more! The classes were great. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and I got a great workout every time. What I didn't expect was to find a community. I loved coming to class and getting advice from other pregnant moms or trainers who had already had kiddos. It was also great just to vent with other women who were going through the same things I was. I ended up finding a great group of mom friends and the bonus is we will all have kiddos about the same age! I can see our kids playing together for many years to come. This group is exactly what I'd hoped for, an opportunity to get outside and have a good workout with my baby and other mammas and their littles. Everyone is friendly and it's easy to start up a conversation with the mom next to you. Park location is genius as Mammas with older babies will hang out at the park after their workout so the kids can play. There's different FIT4MOM programs to register for depending on workout preference and availability. I signed up for a year of Saturday's Only Strides 360 at the start of February 2020 and my son was almost three months. It's been great! read more

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I joined Fit4Mom about a month ago for their Fit4Baby classes! I have an unlimited monthly pass where I can go to as many classes as I want in a month! I love the Fit4Baby class as we do cardio, yoga, and even barre once a month. It is a great workout and we chat a lot with other to be moms about pregnancy and life. The Fit4Baby classes are small, usually 5-10 people per class. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and they also offer Saturday mornings. Some ladies start class as early as 6 weeks and others start going to class in their third trimester. There doesn't seem to be a bad time to start attending! If you are looking for a fun and safe pregnancy workout and to chat with other to-be moms, I can't recommend it enough! read more

I'm so glad I found this program and this amazing tribe of women and their children. I worked full time for over 18 years before having my son and I'm now a SAHM. I was looking for a fun Mommy & Me class that would help me get outdoors and back in shape plus I needed something to get out of the house on an almost daily basis for my own sanity. I saw this group working out together with their kids at a local park by where I live and discovered it was Fit4Mom Tustin/Irvine. I reached out to Erika who runs the program and she set me up with my free first class to try it out. I started attending classes in late November 2019 and have since toned up and lost weight in just 3 short months. These classes give me structure and an excuse to get out, socialize myself and my baby and with other amazing Moms and their kids multiple times eack week. I've met and bonded with some amazing women from all walks of life; different ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, religion and different birthing and pregnancy experiences. I myself am an older first time Mom who conceived my son through IVF and the amount of support and relatability from other Moms in this program has been overwhelming. All the instructors (Ophelia, Marisol, Stephanie, Aida and Erika) are all Moms too and are so knowledgeable, supportive and approachable plus they make you bust your butt during workouts in the best way possible. We work out with our babies/kids in tow in strollers Monday-Saturday mornings at rotating parks and shopping centers all over Irvine and Tustin and we interact with our kids while working out. What I love about this group is that no one judges and everyone is so supportive of one another. We're all Moms and we help each other out daily. Your toddler needs another snack because you just ran out and is melting down? Here, have one of my kids fruit snacks. Your baby had a blowout and you're out of wipes? Here are 5 Moms with wipes in hand to share. Your baby is fussing while you're exercising? Here comes the instructor to play and interact with your baby while you finish your set. Your baby needs a diaper change, her bottle or needs to be breastfed in the middle of class? No big deal. I've already made some good friends and continue to get closer and bond with the women in Fit4Mom. I know that many of these friendships will already be life long for myself and my son. I'm so so thankful for this program because it truly helps save my sanity and I have a great support system while getting back in shape. The play time and kid crafts after classes, events and Mom's Nights Out are all great additions and I go to every one I can. I tell everyone about this program and about how much I have already benefited from it. If you're on the fence, come to a class (the first class is free) and try it out! I have been a member of this group for 3 years, and through it's changes and growth, it has always remained an awesome group with lots of fun activities for both moms and families.
