A little hard to see but there's reformers in the front and bikes and TRX bands in the back

Becky has created a lovely studio space here. This isn't really your typical Pilates studio -- there's reformers as well as bikes and a TRX wall. I haven't tried the fit mix classes (a combination of all three of these apparatuses) but I have tried the reformers Pilates only classes and it's been a wonderful challenge. I would say if you're new to Pilates or working out entirely, the level of classes is not truly beginner, it's more of an all levels mixed class. I do think the instructors try to meet people where they're at and provide modifications as necessary but there's not really a truly beginner, learning the basics kind of class here (at least not that I've tried). I love the timing of the classes here though as they tend to be abundant and easy to work in to my schedule. They also don't tend to fill up so quickly that you have to sign up weeks in advance which gives you a bit more flexibility. I've taken classes with Becky and Judy and both are wonderful instructors. They challenge you to do your best but they also give you grace where you need it. I'm grateful to have found a studio in Irvine that I enjoy and hope to be back for more classes!

Happy International Women's Day! Neaumix Fit is a women-owned small business and I love love love that their team is set out to help women (and men) of all shapes and sizes to be healthy and beautiful through their pilates, trx, cycle, barre and yoga classes. I discovered Neaumix Fit on Classpass and they have a lot of class times that are convenient for my schedule. Located in the same plaza as Walmart, they are near the side with the Sally's Beauty Supply and Sydnee's Pet Grooming. On my first visit I came a lot early to make sure I don't get lost and also to sign away the typical first time studio attending waivers. Stephanie, who also ended up being my instructor, was super friendly and welcoming. She was telling me all about the studio. I especially appreciated how she asked if I have any injuries so she can provide adjustments during the work out. I find it professional and reassuring when an instructor is that thoughtful. I took their Reformer Pilates class. This class requires grip socks for safety operating the pilates equipment and also for sanitary due to the pandemic. The studio sells grip socks and other merchandise if you do not have any. Also wise to bring water and a towel. All of the ladies here are friendly and hilarious. Super motivating and encouraging. I think they are a tight knit community who genuinely cares for each other here. This is embarrassing to admit but these pilates classes are so bad@ss because I felt the burn and sweat even during the first exercise at warm up. It was an incredibly challenging but rewarding work out. Stephanie was great with the flow of class, energy, and offering modifications. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely come back for more classes here. Neaumix Fit will definitely be added to my "Favorite" studios to go to. Slayyyy ladies!!

Love Pilates class here! Rowena has been a great instructor, always supportive and helpful. I learn new techniques each time I come.

I've never found a studio that combines cycle, reformer pilates, and TRX all in one place..let alone a single class that combines these! I took the Cardio + Pilates class which includes 25min of spin with 25min of reformer pilates. Such a cool mix of exercises and I really enjoyed both of the instructors. Definitely a unique workout to switch up your routine!

The pool is useless if you are serious swimmer. Frequently 90°, I'm overheating after 300 yards. This pool is for geriatrics and kids. Also for their pool parties but not for real swimmers. Workout area is great, lots of racks. I hate the lighting though. The ceiling is covered in outdoor parking lights. I don't think it bothers anyone else but it's offensive to me. I wish there were designated stretching areas but you can stretch in front of your rack if that's where you are working out otherwise you just have to find a space. The locker room is bad, too crowded. Not enough lockers. Not enough toilets. The sauna - horrible. It only holds 8 people at a time, the steam room is even worse 5, if that. The showers are decent, plenty of room to do what you need to do. I've only done cycle classes, they are basically HITT workouts high RPM, High heart rate, but only 45 minutes. There as a recovery area where there are massage chairs, Normatec goodies for use and hyperice massage guns....and vibration plates. Very nice! Is it worth it. I'm still a member so yes, but it could improve.

As a founding member of Life Time Fitness, I've been with the gym since day one in 2022. Over the…read moreyears, it's truly become my third space. The facility itself is beautiful, upscale, and consistently clean, with thoughtful amenities like Kiehl's products in the locker rooms that make the experience feel elevated. What really makes this gym stand out, though, are the amazing instructors. Cory for spin, Mariah for mat Pilates, and Haly, Isaiah, and Carmen for Alpha are some of my favorites. Last year, around May 2025, they introduced CTR, a reformer-based Pilates class that was a total game changer for me. I no longer needed to go to a separate Pilates studio. Rob and KO helped build the program, and they were both spectacular. Rob is rarely there now, and KO recently left the gym. In my opinion, Anisa Diaz is an exceptional CTR instructor. Honestly, she's great in every class I've taken with her, including spin and mat Pilates. No two CTR classes with her are ever the same. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, has excellent flow, and every movement feels intentional and challenging in the best way. She consistently brings fresh ideas and new challenges that keep the classes engaging and fun. She truly elevated the entire experience. However, over the past few months, some of her classes have been cut, and I feel the CTR program has started to feel lacking and subpar. Because of that, I've found myself returning to private Pilates studios like Drenched OC, Anodetome, Sol, and Jetset Pilates, which are all fantastic if you're considering a private studio experience. At this point, I mainly take CTR at Life Time only when Anisa is teaching. Overall, I'm still very happy with Life Time. I just wish they would bring more energy -- and Anisa -- back to CTR.

Update (dropped review from 4 star to 3 star):…read more Overview: * Class instructors are challenging and engaging and there's a decent amount of offerings. * Personal Trainers are great * Hygiene is not up to ideal standards for mens showers * Cold plunge has occasional mosquitoes (annoying sometimes) -------- Pros: * Physical Trainers are top notch, Blake was amazing & helped fix my form for workouts & as an accountability partner during my first bulk. Under Blake's guidance I gained 15 ibs of muscle within 2 months and am still shocked. * The main differentiation are in the instructors. From my experience the instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and definitely push you. * Compared to other gyms this is the only one I found that had swimming coaches which is an added plus -------- Cons: * Ideal cleanliness and hygiene are inconsistent in the male lockers and showers. Showers can be clogged and stay clogged for a while (especially at the location on main) * Not the best place to find a down to earth community * Misuse within mens sauna carrying in devices and synthetic fiber clothing which can cause respiratory irritation etc * Ice baths have a ton of surrounding mosquitoes around which is not ideal

I canceled my…read moremonth-to-month membership in writing (per their policy and contract) on December 24, 2025, but the studio asked once for further info, then never acknowledged the cancellation and continued billing anyway despite me sending multiple follow ups. It is now March and they have continued adding charges for months after cancellation. The balance has now increased to about $477. I have tried multiple times to resolve this directly, including emailing the studio, 3rd party billing and the manager, but literally no one trom the studio has responded to me in writing confirming cancellation. When I spoke to 3rd party billing, Club Ready, they too ignored the cancellation request and tried to pressure me to pay by threatening sending the account to collections. I continue receiving automated billing emails and text messages, along with phone calls asking me to call them to pay the balance. Because I have been unable to get a response or written confirmation of cancellation, I have had to document the situation with consumer protection agencies. I truly hope the studio does the right thing, corrects the account balance and confirms the cancellation in writing.

Our first day was awesome, thanks to Chad, Marco, and Amanda. They really took care of us, answering all our questions and making sure we felt at home. Having both training and running areas side by side? So cool. We kicked things off with a Nike Running class, and Kate was our trainer. She crushed it, keeping the energy high between both the running and weight training areas. Her presence was just next level. She is super inspiring and motivating. On the training side, we had Dominique as our coach, and she's just incredible. She's got this amazing ability to command the room, making everyone feel seen and motivated. She brings such intense energy, and it's clear she knows her stuff inside and out. Dominique isn't just leading a workout; she's creating an experience. She's got eyes on everyone, making sure we're all giving our best and staying safe, all while keeping the vibe upbeat and fun. Her passion for fitness shines through, and it's contagious--you can't help but want to show up to every class she teaches. She's honestly the best! We also tried Derek's class, and he's just as awesome. He pushes you just right, encouraging you to dig a little deeper and keep going even when you feel like stopping. His support is genuine, and he has this way of making everyone feel capable and strong. By the end, you're feeling accomplished and so glad you came, already looking forward to the next one. I can't wait to take classes with more of the trainers here. This place has everything we hoped for--amazing people, a gorgeous setup, and an energy that makes you want to keep coming back.
