I had low-energy, was having difficulty breathing after just walking up a flight of stairs, had almost no strength or muscle tone, and just generally unhappy with my body. But I had very little time to focus on myself between work and kids. I found Hannah through a recommendation from another mom. Her rates are very reasonable, she is willing to travel locally to your house and I had the option of 25 minute workouts. I decided to make the investment in myself and it has been the best thing for me and my family. She comes on time with very tailored workout plans each session. The workouts are deceiving, at the time I think the workout was "not so bad," but I'm totally sore for the next three days. Now I have much more energy, more strength, the heavy breathing issue has become moot. We have taken progress pictures and my results have been unbelievable.
