After speaking with Nate, the owner, I came in early one morning for an initial consultation. He showed me around the gym and explained the program to me. We even tried a few workouts to gauge where I was and talked over my goals and what I needed to get out of the program. The rest, as they say, is history. I've been with Steel for over six months now and show now signs of stopping. They give you the tools you need to succeed inside and outside of the gym. I'm stronger than I've ever been and have a level of flexibility and movement that I never thought I could have. I still don't like the gym but there's a huge difference between not liking something and dreading it. I don't dread going to the gym anymore.
