I attended a meeting on weight-loss and weight training. Once it was done we were asked to sign a…read morecontract for a year. I asked if I could take the contract and look it over to make a final decision. Soon as I said this the owner said I was a negative person and I was asked to leave the building. I asked what did I do and he said "Leave Now!" He told us during the meeting he had emotional issues and he was estranged from his siblings. I guess we know why now. I would be very careful before I would let such an very emotional person have me sign a contract and be in charge of my well being and health. I would choose another place to train and definitely not sign any contract.
