We popped into this location when we were at the mall. I like coming into the store as there's only one in the immediate area for Orlando. They really do have a great selection of shoes and accessories for runners. And the service is usually solid with helping decide what shoes are best fit for your style of running and your foot. We took a look through the store itself and I ended up grabbing a tank top that I liked. We spoke for a little bit with one of the associates and he was extremely friendly. Check out was a breeze and we were on our way. I will say that this store chain rarely does have any really strong deals or discounts. But it's always nice to be able to try on higher quality running shoes in person before you buy them. Overall: A A good store for this chain. Well it was kind of a high pressure sales attack first off second off the impression they make in your feet is like a guarantee they're going to sell you inserts and when you get home and you put the shoes to work they don't feel near as good as they did when you bought them you have no recourse to turn them back in without buying their membership for $20 which is I think is ridiculous probably never buy another pair of shoes they're in my life read more

I've visited Fit2Run twice in the last year to get fitted for running shoes, per other people's recommendations. I like that they offer the opportunity to join their club which gives you future discounts as well as the ability to run in shoes for 30 days but still able to return if they don't workout. That's what I need when trying to find new good running shoes. However, I have found that the staff members I've worked with don't seem to know as much as I wish about feet, the right shoes, etc. They do the scan and can explain that really well, but I found it tough to get good answers on differences between certain shoes based on what the analysis said and what I share about my running activity and problems. read more

1 Star (I'd give negative stars if I could) Fit2Run? More like Fit2Run-Away-With-Your-Money. Here's the plot twist no one asked for: they'll sell you shoes with a smile, but leave out the part where you need to buy a membership just to make a return. Who knew refunds had an entry fee? I tried to return my brand-new, unworn shoes. Their system was down. They said, "Come back anytime!" So I took more time off work, came back, and was told by Scott (the king of "not my problem") that since I didn't have their precious membership, I couldn't return a single thing. So basically, Fit2Run wants you to pay for the privilege of returning the stuff you already paid for. That's not a running store -- that's a get-rich-quick scheme in sneakers. If you like the thrill of financial hostage situations and a side of membership extortion, be their guest. Otherwise, do what any sane person would do and run -- far, far away -- from Fit2Run. Today, I bought a pair of shoes from the Saint Petersburg location ( black on black Diadora Nucleo 2). They were 175.00 out the door and they are worth every dollar down to the red cent!!! However making this purchase convenient and reassuring could not have been possible with the assistance of my guy Mr. James!!! He was abs with a doubt incredibly amazing and top notch May I add. Today, I bought a new pair of running shoes. My wife and I walked into Fit2Run on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were pleasantly greeted by a young man named Gabriel, who helped me find what I hope to be the perfect pair of running shoes. Gabriel asked me several questions about my running style, hooked me up to a machine to analyze my foot, and recommended two or three particular models of shoe that he thought would suit my running style. After trying on all three... I narrowed it down to the one pair of shoes that I bought. Overall, my experience was great. Helpful service. Helpful information about my foot geometry and the type of shoe that's recommended. My only complaint... Good running shoes are expensive now. But, that's not the stores fault -- that's just MSRP. read more

I have been a runner for 28 years. As most runners I have been wearing the same shoe for most of those years. Never had a problem with any other vendor. First time ordering from Fit2run. I ordered two pairs of shoes size 13 and when they arrived they were size 8. The receipt that was available for printing did not show the size. Was told by Sofia this was my fault and had to pay for the shipping to exchange. When I sent them back they told me the size 13 was not available. Really poor customer service! read more

REVIEW OF THE FOOD BAR I've shopped at the store, been part of their run club, but this review is all about their food bar. I met my husband for lunch at the food court and decided that I wanted to eat relatively healthy so I went to Fit2Run. At 1 p.m. there was no line so I waltzed right up and ordered a Hungry size of the Nutty Dragon. They offer Tall and Hungry size, but when you look at the difference, the Hungry size is over double the size of the Tall. For a $1 difference it was a no brainer. I mean, I know this is how super size makes you fat, but the stingy part of me couldn't help it, I had to upgrade. The Hungry size definitely fills you up. Usually I'm hungry after eating an acai bowl (or in this case, a pitaya bowl), but it's dinner time and I'm still full. Being called the Nutty Dragon, I thought it would have a nuttier taste. I barely tasted the peanut butter. I think a drizzle of nut butter would have been better. Other than that, I enjoyed my bowl. It's not super sweet, but it isn't super healthy tasting either. I thought since it is a "fitness bar" they may share their calories. No luck, it's not on their online menu either. I bet it's not as healthy for me as I hope, but I can dream. read more

Terrible customer support. Ordered the shoes in store, was told I would have them in 2 days. They never came. contacted support online they told me they would get the order processed that same day. waited 2 more days still not shipped. went back into the store today, they told me they couldn't help and did know anything. So I called support, spoke with someone who really wasn't sure about anything and said if they had not shipped in 2 more days to call back again. Hung up from that call and started looking closer at the order and realized they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Called back into customer support. They tried to tell me I had to go back into the store, I told them I just came from the store and they told me to call you. They then had to go consult with their manager and determined they could refund my current order and I would have to place a new order and start all over. I said fine, then they only refunded part of my order and didn't refund me the correct amount. Complete an utter incompetence at every level of this company. read more

Corporate refunds and scams. Don't trust this company. Purchased a shoe that was originally 150. Sale at 98 and with discount came to 88. Kid promised he had a wide shoe D for me and after two short walks my feet hurt like hell. Took them back asked for a total refund as I did t like any other shoes. They refused. They offered a gift card because they said that shoe was a sale item which was not. It was located on left over aisle boxes piled up with no signs. Persian. No signs stating as is or sale items not refundable. I have contacted my bank to take this further. Proof below. It's unfortunate I was able to make a purchase in store last night. The staff did not greet us. I had to ask someone to come help me. The staff was gathered around the desk chit chatting. Ordered in the store for shoes that were not available. They said they would send them to me. I never received them. Tried calling, emailing, and everything else to get my money back. They just kept putting me on hold. I was on hold for 30 min, then disconnected, then could not get them on the phone. All I want is a refund so I can go get the shoes at another Fit 2 Run store. I have purchased over 2 thousand dollars worth of shoes over the last couple of years from Fit 2 Run. I have an e-commerce company, and it's not that hard to issue a refund. Literally takes a click of a button. So disappointed. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced. Stop selling online if you can't handle it. read more
