Spin class room is a little small, however the bikes are always well maintained, and the music is always at a tolerable level. ( I have had an issue with this at my home location the manager there was unwilling to address) There could be more lockers since a couple of the locks are faulty, but asides that a great Crunch location. She wears a mask during the session so that's just another precaution she takes to make you feel more comfortable. She asked me what, if any, injuries I had and took that into account when giving the exercises to do. She trains people of all ages and all sizes and all fitness abilities.
