Now I can roll out of bed 20 minutes before a 5AM class, and make it there with time to spare. The new studio is in a newer strip mall with other great offerings, and it is spacious, clean, and laid out nicely. The front desk staff and coaches are friendly, and of course, very motivating. If you aren't familiar with what the OTF workout is all about, it's definitely something to check out! It's a heart rate based workout, where you get personalized results right in front of you during each session. You'll often hear terms like orange and red zones, splat points, base/push/all out pace thrown out there. It may sound intimidating at first, but workouts are all scaled so that people of all athletic backgrounds can participate and enjoy the benefits. I will say that since joining, my cardiovascular endurance hasn't been better, and I have been consistently running, and even increasing my treadmill speeds in the process. Your first class is free, so definitely something to take advantage of!

I've gone 200 times now and am addicted. Staff are extremely friendly and motivating. Great workout year round with a group of talented instructors who seem to truly enjoy leading the class. There is truly no bad class. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend. Side note - I was able to do this throughout my pregnancy and feel it optimized my health during that challenging time. It minimized my weight gain and helped control my blood pressure. It made delivery much easier and healing very quick.
