There's some high level athletes here as well as a solid coaching team. Not sure who is doing the programming but so far has been super solid. They also have events very often. Weightlifting, CrossFit, Hyrox, and community events like blood drives and hangouts.

The only thing I dont like is the classes they have available are set at the instructor's discretion. I signed up thinking I'd be able to take classes at one time based on a schedule issued by the owner, but because the teacher and the students already had their routine together, I was just out of luck. Other than that, its a great gym. Oh and no contract or auto draft..you can't beat that. Oh the parking is a little cramped.
