He was extremely knowledgable. He listened to what my needs were and immediately guided me as to what would best fit me. There was no pressure and he answewed my questions completely. I loved dealing with Eric.I then had the pleasure of meeting Bob. He too is a true gentelman and so very personable.We talked about the recumbent bike I was looking at and then began talking very casually about baseball.
