I had only been to one Lululemon store before, but I was already at the Biltmore Fashion Park and realized I needed to run in to pick up a quick item at Lululemon and there was one right there. This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. The store is expanding! Nice :) I ordered online thru the app as I had a special discount code and received a text within a couple hours that my order was ready for pickup. Dropped by to get it and noticed they are remodeling- which is very welcome since it was quite small and this is a very popular shop. Super friendly staff and the quality of the product is well known. I do wish they didn't have have such sky high prices but they are popular and can price what they can get for sure. They also offer yoga classes in the park as well when it's not so hot so check that out if you like outdoor yoga. I've not attended but have been at the mall when they are having class and it's super popular. Make sure to check out their online category 'we made too much' if you want to catch a deal. read more

I seldom take to the internet to post a gripe but this just needs to be said. This store has great selection and great sales people but the manager sucks and refuses to take a return. Two months ago I paid cash for a $500 purchase that we changed our mind on a jacket and was told the "only option" to return was to a gift card. I didn't pay with one so why would I do that. They told me to go to another location to return. I assumed maybe they didn't have the cash on hand and it really didn't put me out too much so I didn't say anything about it. Fast forward to today. We spent $600. Buying a different size on two of the items. Keeping the ones that fit, i went to return the ones that didn't. First they tried to say that couldn't refund my debit card unless I had it physically with me. I never said I didn't have it, so I said ok - the terminal showed a refund amount and to insert my card. The employee quickly cancelled it and said it had to go on a store credit and I said no. That's just not true at all. I've never used a store credit or a gift card in the decade or so I've been a customer. I demand to be refunded using the same way I paid. The manager who came out to "help" me told me the system would only allow a store credit and that maybe I should go to another location to return it. I said why would I do that? The 'system' is the same everywhere right? She didn't say anything. The next store - confirmed that she was not correct in what she said to me and that she was clearly not wanting to 'take a hit'. Best customer service experienced by a brand and their employee in a while! My kids gifted me the camera bag for Christmas in hot pink. I love it! Unfortunately, the strap snapped. I did not have a receipt, nor was the purchase on a Lulu account. Hannah checked phone and emails to see if we could track the purchase. We could not. I signed up for an account and Hannah was able to "damage out" the purse and order a replacement that is on its way to my house. It's not often that an employee is polite, and goes above and beyond to help! The store was busy on a Thursday at lunch time and Hannah's coworker (a gentleman) was working the line as professionally and quickly as possible knowing Hannah was working to help me. I was just trying to do a simple exchange for pants that i had bought online that were not the right fit. A woman cut in front of me at the register to return pants for her son. The cashier did not say acknowledge it in any way to the woman or me. I then decide to go over to look at the other pants to exchange my wrong ones with and the same lady and the cashier helping her step in front me where I'm looking at pants. I picked out some different pants to try on to make sure they fit correctly and the two girls working the fitting rooms don't acknowledge me standing right in front of them with multiple pairs of pants in my hands. They were casually drinking water instead of helping a customer right in front of them. When I found the right pants I wanted to exchange and go to check out, a different cashier helps me. She checked all over the pants for the magnetic tag to prevent shoplifting and can't find it. She makes a comment to the cashier next to her about how the tag is usually in the back pocket and the other cashier tells her that there have been pants without magnetic tags lately. So she gives up and finishes the transaction. Last night I washed the pants and as I'm putting them up to dry, I find the magnetic tag in the back pocket. I'm not happy at the thought of having to go back into this store to have the magnetic tag removed after the poor customer service I experienced a few days ago. read more

I finally made it to the new Biltmore location of lululemon the other night... I'm a huge lulu fan, and I must say, I was extremely impressed! This store must be four times the size of the previous Old Town showroom, and not only do they carry a ton of amazing lulu merchandise, but the staff was super friendly and helpful (thanks Roslyn and Kate B) despite the fact that we walked in five minutes before the store was closing... Also, since the location of the store is in the Biltmore Fashion Park, they offer free classes every Sunday at 10:30am that are open to the public. How cool is that? I will have to go sometime for sure! Oh, and extra bonus - I think this store is going to be starting a running group soon too! When I go into lulu stores, I feel like a kid in a candy store... there are all kinds of colorful merchandise from sports bras and tops to shorts, pants, dresses, yoga mats, headbands, and oh so much more. I love it all! I treated myself to one new shirt during this trip... I even went a bit crazy with the color - it's green! (I'm usually all about solid whites and blacks). If you're not yet familiar with Lululemon, this store is worth a visit... but I will warn you - it's easy to get hooked! So I went into this store hopeful for some cool workout gear. Please. More like bondage gear. With a hefty price tag and uptight sales staff. $75 For a tank top. That strapped me in tighter than a fighter jet pilot's seat. Why? For yoga? So confused. I broke a sweat trying to get in and out of the outfits and left in a foul mood. I don't understand spending that cash for cotton and Lycra so a 22 year old can look me up and down and assess my body fat. Yes. It's too high for your clothing and I won't be back. We came at an off time to the mall, which was fantastic. Service was great, and we were greeted and even offered a fitting room! Actually came to this location, because we were having dinner at True Food Kitchen in the same mall and wanted to check out what was on the clearance rack. Although the clearance rack isn't big, there certainly were a few gems in there. Clearance is final sale, so make sure it fits and it's what you want before you go. Overall, happy with the experience and was able to get in and out in an efficient amount of time. The store is tidy and what you would expect of a Lululemon location. I had a fantastic shopping experience at this location! This was my first time shopping at Lululemon. I've recently worked hard to lose a lot of weight and decided to invest in some quality training gear and athleisure. Honestly, I was a bit nervous and intimidated, but that all disappeared as soon as I walked in the doors. I was immediately greeted and welcomed in. I then perused the store without being bothered or constantly asked if I needed anything, and I prefer that. To my surprise, I found quite a bit in stock that was in my size (or so I thought was my size). I asked to try on about a dozen items and another lady helped me out and was super sweet. While I was trying stuff on, she went and grabbed me a few of the items in smaller sizes, which worked better for me! If you need a different size in something that you can't find on the floor, they may have it in the back! I also had a chat with Alexandra and another sweet employee who were genuinely interested in my journey and what I've accomplished. They were incredibly kind and took the time to get to know me not only as a customer, but a human being. The entire team at this Lululemon location are fantastic! I walked out of there feeling fantastic and nearly teary eyed because of how great I felt afterwards and how the whole thing exceeded my expectations. The educators here are wonderful! Nice clothes and service, high prices If I could get my head around paying $60 to $130 for each shirt and pant, I'd rate this place four stars. For me, the value scenario drops way down when I can buy three to four sets of name-brand workout clothes for the same price as one Lululemon set. Still, I really liked a polo on the rack and bought it. Fabric feels great and the service ladies were exceptionally nice. Funny thing is that while it's technically "workout wear", I'll likely avoid wearing the shirt to work out in. At $80+ I'm even going to move around slowly so as not to sweat in it. And I'll hand wash it gently. With Evian water. And a brush made from virgin wool from a holy sheep. read more

This is truly one of my favorite stores ever. I started with a headband. It's now my "lucky" headband, because the tag said so and because it actually stays on my head!! Then I had to get the outfit to match. Then a yoga mat- the Align mat, finally a mat that is long enough for my tall self! And I keep buying more headbands because just one is never enough... I have to shout out to everyone who works here too. Sometimes I pop in often for yoga or run club or clothes and sometimes I hibernate in the ac, but every time I come, one of you wonderful people say hello to me because you actually remember helping me find a race outfit, or from coming to the fantastic free classes. I've had 2 terrible experiences at this store. Should've left a review the first time. The first time I went in trying to do the legging warranty exchange. The lady in there first of all was incredibly stuck up and had the most disgusting attitude, i'm sorry but you work there i'm shopping there. Get off your high horse. She lied about their legging policy, which funny story i'm very well aware of their policies, i've had to do this before considering their aligns are made so terribly. I called customer service to get more info about it after this encounter as well. She said that the warranty doesn't apply to leggings more than 2 months old. Then proceeds to accuse me of not knowing how to take care of them, i've been shopping at lululemon for over 12 years. I don't have issues with any of my products except the aligns. And i've heard of several others complain about them as well, they pill and stretch out over time. No matter how well you take care of them. And I told her that, and she kept saying nope you don't know what to do. Like okay?? Maybe hear me out first. Then she tells me I need a bigger size. And that I don't look like a size 2. Well the 4 is too loose on my legs. And i'm a size 2 in everything and in most brands. Then she proceeds to keep saying I don't know my own size. Kept catching more of an attitude with me. And eyeing me up and down. Acting like she was on top of the world or something. I ended up going to the lululemon by my house at scottsdale quarter and they did the exchange no questions asked. I even asked them about the policy too, and they confirmed yet again it's not 2 months. Oh and almost forgot to mention when I told her i'd been shopping there for over 12 years she mumbled under her breath "are you even old enough to be 12". Quite hilarious and an inappropriate comment to make. Fast forward to this past weekend unfortunately had to go to this location again only for the other staff members to also have terrible attitudes. And weren't willing to check for another size in an item. If you're going to shop at lululemon go to any other location over this one. The staff here is terribly trained. read more

I Just encountered the worst service in a very long time! After spending $1200 on apparel there last month, I needed to return $118 pair of pants (with tags) that my son outgrew. My request was greeted with eye rolls and condescension--I was just over their 30 day return policy. She looked at me with distaste --almost like that first shopping scene in "Pretty Woman"! The sales associate offered to have her manager make the decision, but helpfully added that if it were up to her, it would be a hard no. Her manager quickly echoed this sentiment --not for a moment curious about my reason for the return or even going through the motions of expressing empathy/regret. She brightly suggested I sell the pants on Poshmark. I understand theirs is a popular brand at the moment, but wow --what a poor business decision. I live across the street and spend $3-4000 there a year for my family. I should say, I used to anyway! I offer this caution to take heed of Lululemon's rigid return policy or to avoid shopping there at all. read more

Supreme customer service experience on a group order: Matt Roeder, one of the store leaders, contacted me after I had attempted to make a group order through strategic sales. His communication was on point and he went above and beyond in helping our non-profit get the various jackets we needed. Matt thought criticall and was able to troubleshoot all of the roadblocks we came across (our non-profit had a lot of stipulations on this order including tax exemption). Other members of the store were very kind when I walked in and instantly asked me if I needed assistance. What could have been a very long and painful process ultimately turned out to be stress free and done in a week. I cannot thank the Lulu team enough for making this happen (our jackets are incredible). I will certainly be coming back and referring this specific location at the Biltmore to anyone who needs some fresh new apparel. Thank you again!!! read more

I don't think any of the employees that work here do yoga (other than the power yoga gym crap) so when you asking them for advice on how it would stand up in a real yoga (asana) class they can't even offer you advice! read more
