Into week 4 in my training with Tracy, and all I can say is WOW (and ouch lol!) It's truly amazing how quickly transformation takes place with the right attitude and most importantly with the right training partner. I am very lucky to have Tracy as my trainer. We'd met at the local gym and trained a couple of times early last year. At the time, I was very skeptical about the idea of training. I changed jobs and worked out at a couple of different gyms locally. My routine was not producing any worthwhile results. I've been training with Tracy for about 3 months now. My legs are like steel planks and my triceps are insane! My biggest issue, which I'm continuing to work on, is diet. I have always been overweight even as a child I was considered "chunky". I decided last year that I would start taking better care of myself. I am 65, have fibromyalgia, and started working out by myself at Planet Fitness. I've been working out with Tracy for about 3 weeks now. He has shown me so much in this short time, knows when to push but also gives assistance when needed.
