However if you have any kind of question you might as well forget about getting any help. The practitioner will not receive any messages via email or thru customer service no fault of theirs. they simply don't get any communication from customer service platform. You must book an appointment and pay fee for literally anything you need including a refill, insurance authorization or an error with bloodwork they wrote orders for. This is definitely a management/corporate issue that needs addressed.

As this facility 4is a drawing station only, I was not able to get. I tried various times online prior to going, to receive results. I was helped to make sure I got on line with steps to do so. After trying steps I had already done at home, a staff member gave me a form to fill out and have results faxed to me. I was so grateful for such great help from the two employees. Why isn't this something that could have been done prior to me coming?
