I am by NO MEANs a "fit" person. I am 200lbs 5', and working on moving from walking to jogging. However, when I go into the studio I never feel shame for the body I bring. My favorite Coaches are Heather, Samantha, and Paige. They are always kind and motivating. I appreciate that they can get a sense of who needs to be pushed or just encouraged. I always feel like I am doing a better job with their guidance. As a numbers person, I love seeing my workout live to know when I can get out of my head and go a little faster. My body can handle it! Finally, the front desk staff of Jenny and Ava are always so helpful. When I first started I had lots of issues with the technology I purchased. They made sure to help me out through their Helpdesk and get into the right equipment. They didn't want me to worry about whether things were going to work. They just wanted me to WORKout. Group fitness or OTF might seem intimidating but really it is a community of like-minded people who want to live a longer and happier life. Who doesn't want that?!?!?!

Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best.
