My wife started working out at Wallace Fitness 2.5 years ago. Lincoln and his wife/business partner, Sine, are seriously awesome! They are friendly, down-to-earth, and professional all at the same time. Training with Lincoln is fun while challenging and he has helped me to change my body significantly in just four weeks! (I'm still working with him for at least another four.) He has a very positive attitude while he trains me, which keeps me motivated and looking forward to each session. He creates different workouts for me each time I train and remains aware of the limitations I have due to an injured knee. I also see them training other clients and they treat everyone respectfully. I attended one of the seminars Wallace Fitness gave at Advent Health Hospital. I was impressed by their expertise. I am 58 years old cancer survivor. I found out that they are specialized in helping people like me and they support the annual Pinkout cancer event. I used to have High Blood Pressure and take blood pressure medicine. Just in couple months of coming to Wallace Fitness, my doctor took me off the blood pressure medicine. I no longer have High Blood Pressure. Life is good! The team here is very friendly. As a skinny scrawny girl, personal training with Lincoln increased my muscle mass. First 5 weeks I put 1/2 inches on my calves and I took 1/2 inch off my waist.
