Hey have a good selection of rods, reels, lures, well pretty much anything an angler would need. In some cases they are actually cheaper than Bass Pro! They stock the normal fishing equipment but they also carry electronics, ice fishing gear, fly fishing gear, a limited selection of apparel, and live bait. They have knowledgable and friendly staff as well. If you live in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, this is a good store for you to check out the next time you need gear.

Ordered a Goalie stick online June 13th $125.99 which included a $20.00 cost for shipping (not a…read moreestimate at total) and then received a phone call June 30th saying I needed to pay an additional $28.00 because they miscalculated what there shipping company charged for an oversized package. When I called to talk to them there was no sincerity just pay it or cancel it. They wouldn't even work with me to lower the cost of the stick to cover the error to keep the sale or the customer, was told "I go out of business if i did that". Cancelled the order and paid less at Canadian Tire in the end.

The guy looks at me again and says "yeah BUD, you need a KEY!" I respond "thanks where do I find the..." I get completely cut off as he, without looking at me says "pro shop" (clearly very annoyed)! At this point I've already decided that I will NEVER set foot in this retail outlet again. I use the washroom and return the key. As I'm walking out I say to said Snot "have a good day" to which she loudly responds..... "YIP"! Holy Shit!? As I sit in the parking lot writing this I'm still in shock at how I was treated!
