But that's about all I can really put in the pro category. I'll break it down super simple: - Whatever you do, DO NOT sign the year long contract. It's the one thing the owner put time and effort into (because it's definitely not towards the upkeep of the facility). - Not female-friendly!!! - The equipment is dirty. - A lot of things especially in the cardio section are broken / janky. - The positioning of the cardio equipment is weird as hell, unsure why we have our backs/butts facing the gym. Just makes me so uncomfortable. - Majority of the wipe bins are empty mid way through the day, I have no idea what the staff is doing apart from just chilling at the front desk. - College gyms & basement gyms are better in regards to quality. They could do so much better, there is a lot of potential! You are NOT getting what you pay for unfortunately.

Certain times of the day this place is swamped but I have also been in where it's been quite quiet. Depending on my mood, both atmospheres are cool. This is definitely a no-nonsense type of place where you can just pop in your headphones and get to work. There is a smoothie bar as well as some RTD protein and energy options as well. My favorite barber has his studio right inside the gym. No added fee's or maintenance things that you get from other gym's in the area, and the monthly price is right in line for the best in the area.

As you proceed to get wrongful charges over the course of your subscription it gets progressively more difficult to resolve the issue, don't worry you're in luck, you get to try and resolve these issues with Michael and Ron...WOAH. Extremely helpful individuals who, if you're truly lucky, will ghost and block you for pointing out their questionable business practices. After some time you may realize your money is lost to the black abyss, otherwise known as real time fitness, but who needs their hard earned cash when you have a membership to the bestest gym in the whole wide world! I took full advantage and had a personal training session with Travis, who was AWESOME, and offered some great tips that I hadn't heard before. If you can book with him, definitely do it, he was great! I also took the Tabata class with Ginny, and she was upbeat, friendly, and kept the class moving at an excellent pace. I was definitely sore the next day! I very much look forward to my next trip to visit my daughter and will VERY definitely be returning, and will VERY happily pay for a guest pass!

Each employee of the gym has been welcoming to both my sister and I since we have started going. 'Child Watch' (childcare) is also provided during most morning classes but you must check the class schedule that is posted on the gyms website to make sure. Childcare is $5.00/class (classes are usually between 45 mins-1hr) and you can only pay with cash. We have also found that the instructors and staff who work during the afternoon/evening are much more knowledgable of the front desk and are more welcoming to people of all fitness levels compared to the morning instructors. For new members the gym offers your first two classes free and then gives you the introductory rate of 5 classes for $25.00 (originally $50.00). If you decide to do a monthly membership then it is $60.00/month but if you're like me and prefer a certain class once a week and don't really care to go more than that, you can pay $10.00/class. Overall, it's a nice gym and the two free classes are a huge perk. If you live in the area then it's worth at least checking out.

That can get frustrating as it gets crowded. Other than that, there's a decent variety of other machines available. Not much cardio equipment. Also not too many plates available for barbell exercises. A very machine focused gym. Cleanliness: 4- A very organized gym. No weights lying around, provides a very comfortable environment. Size: 1- VERY small. This is definitely the biggest problem with this gym. It is two floors however both floors are very small. Most free weights are downstairs where if you lift your arms above your head you'll be going through the ceiling. All machines are practically right on top of each other. Any more than 10 people in the gym and it will seem packed. Luckily when I was there from 12:30-2, it was empty. There are two relatively big separate rooms for more private space available. It seems like it's more for an older crowd that's looking to stay active. Location: 4- Located in a nice, small shopping plaza. With a cafe, restaurant and 7 eleven right nextdoor it has everything you need for your pre and post workout needs. Price: 2- As of the point of this writing, they are having a no enrollment special going on. It seems the normal price is $40/month with no contracts. Always recommend joining a gym with no contracts however, unless you're part of an older crowd just looking to stay active this gym will not be worth the price point. Overall score: 2.8
