This place deserves all the stars that they can get. I purchased a 4 week challenge with them. I've gone the past two evenings and I am just so glad that I found this place! Marisol is very sweet and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. I was skeptical of joining because I am embarrassed by my weight and didn't want to go to a gym or go into a fitness program to feel judged. Fitness Girl Bootcamp is far from that! Marisol motivates you throughout the workouts and definitely isn't Judging you. She goes out of her way to help you and if you need to modify the exercises, she does that too. I am not the athletic type, so I'm not excited to go to the gym. I am starting my second week here.. and I love it! First of all I get up at 4:30 to go to the 5 a.m. class when I thought about it I thought it was going to be hard for me to get up and then go workout, I said to myself I'm not going to be able to do it... so I tried it for the first week and now I'm hooked!! Every night I go to bed excite... I can wait to be 5 a.m. everyday I wake up excited because of the results because of the people that work there that help me and have patience and because there's no one judging you. I only went for two weeks of Bootcamp because I got sick and messed up my lower back. I have flat feet and can't jump, hop, and skip. I was having lower back pain. With that being said, I noticed the changes within two weeks of working out. The trainers are very knowledgeable at modifying the workouts since I can't jump. I still got my butt kicked because the workouts are fun and empowering. The women are very supportive. I will continue going in the future, but for now I'm figuring out my schedule because the driving is what's killing me. :( read more

Words cannot express how happy I am to have found Marisol! She is truly inspiring and good at what she does. When I first started coming to her class I had such a low opinion of my body and was so scared of working out in general, let alone in a group or doing a sexy dance! Here's the thing about reviews... I look at how many reviews the person has to determine the validity of the comments. I look at their other reviews too if they are simply being petty or trying to pump up the stars on a review. That being said, Fitness Girl Bootcamp is fantastic. I've been dragging myself there at 5 am for several months. I refused to sign up at the brand new 24 Hour Fitness by my house because I knew I wouldn't get a very good workout staring at my iPad while on a machine. I've been down that road for years. I decided to give Fitness Girl Bootcamp a try and it's been amazing. The workouts kick my butt every morning. The coaches are great and the other women are supportive. Everyone is there to do their best. I suggest trying one of their challenges to see if you like it. For me, I became a member after the first month. read more

I joined this program for their boot camp challenges. It was fun, the women are great. Marisol is a trip, and elizabeth is an awesome trainer. My only issue is the cleaniness. The last thing i want to do is get on a floor with other peoples hair in my face and other grime. Although we carry our mats to every station, they are big enough to protect our face when we are using them for padding on other body parts. And the workout is only 24 mins in total w 5 min warm up and cool down. For me it is an issue as i plateaued after 2 months. Other than that i commend marisol on this program. My respects to her accomplishments and for providing women a comfortable and safe place to workout, encourage and help each other put. I strongly recommend this workout program. read more

I would give this business ZERO stars if I could. The "facility", a former plumbing store, is a safety hazard. A small hole in the wall with absolutely NO ventilation. Marisol will cram as many ladies in the "studio" as she can, without taking into consideration that she's over capacity and that there's not enough room or equipment to work out with. She doesn't provide any customer satisfaction. She's unprofessional and incredibly rude when presented with the obvious facts. A medical doctor found the conditions unsafe to work out in-yet she says her commercialized meal plans and generic workout emails make up for the amount of money you pay. Two days in ... This may seem a bit premature to most, but I am going to give an honest review. I've never been the "athletic" type lacked consistency and determination. I managed to lose weight and get fit in the comfort of my home (workout videos) because I felt insure working out at the gym. Joining this bootcamp was by far the Best impulsive decision I've made. Marisol is not just a fitness coach but a LIFE coach. She encourages you motivates you and makes you laugh ... At moments you forget your thighs are on fire and your arms feel like jello. Overall really excited and I look forward to my workouts even if that means setting my alarm to 4am and losing a few hours of asleep. I love Burlesque fitness! Marisol has a great attitude and comes up with really intense circuit workouts. She puts planning and dedication into every session and you never do the same workout. It has given me strength and determination that I can reach my goals! I have had many expensive trainers and have done pricey pole dancing classes and this is by far so much better. I would recommend this boot camp to anyone. She will modify it to your level. Marisol class is the best if your intimidated of stepping into a gym. You are given a place to feel confident and work out with ladies on the same path as you. If your use to luxuries and fancies of a 24 hour and the big space be prepared this isn't her studio. It is place where you have what you need go in do your work out and go back to your life. For those 45 mins it's YOU time. And the results show!! I started going for my wedding and I'm still here months after. It's quite a drive for me now that I live in Reseda but I can't give up these classes. My body has never been as toned as it is now. And I am so happy!! Marisol is an amazing coach who will motivate you! Elizabeth is also an amazing trainer depending what class you sign up with. I take most my classes with Elizabeth.
