Who buys this? The shoes fare slightly better. Lots of styles from 4-5 years ago. Shoes are not cheap. Most are still $50, $60, $70. I did not see any higher end shoes here for a reduced price. Most were from Nike's low end. I am guessing foreign tourists are their target market.

The only downside is that they don't carry every style nor size. But you get what you get and don't throw a fit. This store doesn't take calls about inventory so you can't call to see if they have the shoes you want. You have to go in person. I was a bit worried that the place would be packed on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. But I was pleasantly surprised that while it was busy, it wasn't overrun. Happy that I found the shoes I was looking for. Had to get a half size larger but better larger than smaller. Lots of staff in the store and at the register so the line moved quick. It's a long drive from Miami - over an hour without traffic.
